Driving cross country, I had a breakdown in Columbus at 4 am on Labor Day. At 8 am I called 1 Stop Saab Plus (who was closed) and spoke with Maria. Very pleasant on her day off, too. That night (on her day off) she came to the shop just to move my car inside - I appreciate that kind of care from a business. Maria even took the car to get it aligned for me. And she met me on a Saturday so I could pick up my car. While I don't live in Columbus, I had a great experience with 1 Stop Saab Plus and recommend them.

Oh my goodness! I love Maria and her husband! There are others that work here? However these mechanics know what they are doing! The most personable and honest ones I have ever met! Have heard great things about them and someone had purchased a car for me from here due to my car catching on fire and not sure of the outcome nor the length of time it will take for the insurance to do their part. I have always wanted a Saab and now I have one. It is imperative to bring your SAAB HERE FOR MAINTENANCE! Don’t take it anywhere else! They specialize in these models and other foreign models...will be upfront and honest and I can’t stress this enough! I just have to say I love Miss Maria! She is the one I talked to the most. It is also nice to have a lady mechanic in the mix of men mechanics. You won’t regret having work done on your vehicle here nor purchasing one! I am so excited to pick mine up!

So after i had an evaluation done and all performance work they said i needed, my steering wheel was sideways. When i took it in to get an alignment they had told me that they weren't able to do it because i needed a tire rod end. I just paid to have work done and it wasn't even done. The evaluation is a joke whatever they happen to notice is what they right down and just give you some notes. They missed several things. After i called them back to talk with them to ask why not only is my car not fixed but how they missed it they said they would call me back, when they did they just hung back up. They even charged me 200 Dollars just to clear codes off my car which i did not ask them to do nor wanted done, i could have done it myself. After i got my back they told me that they fixed my engine light but before i even made it home it was back on. Save your time and money, either do it yourself or go to the "Saab Shop". The Saab Shop actually knows what they are talking about and are willing to help you understand what is really going on instead of just bleeding every last dollar you have.

On Monday 9/8/2025 I left my 2006 Saab 93 at 1 Stop Saab Plus for repair. Car hat a irritating electrical issue I could not solve. Quickly on 9/10/2025 my Saab was done and ready for pickup. (Shop had to order a part for repair also). I am pleased! They even had advice on a 2nd repair that I should postpone saving me money. They were highly suggested to me by other Saab owners.
