1st Line Chip Repair did a great job fixing the rock chip on my windshield. I was working a shift, as an EMT, when I got called away on a call (during the appointed time) and Justin still came. When I got back, the rock chip was finished. Justin was great with communication and letting me know the steps to take after the job was done. Much appreciated! This was a great experience! They were the cheapest cash pricing I found by far, and when I found out that my insurance would actually cover the repair they were super accommodating and walked me through how to submit that to my insurance. They come to you, are really friendly, and do a quick and thorough job. I will definitely go to them again!

Mason with 1st Line Chip Repair was great. He was on time, very helpful with walking me through how to create an insurance claim, and repaired my windshield chip quickly. The whole appointment was over in 15 minutes and my windshield looks perfect. Hopefully I don't have windshield chips often but I will definitely use 1st Line again next time!

Great communication and quick response time. They are honest company: traveled to our home to repair a rock chip on our new car and it turned out it was an old repaired chip. The worker let us know instead of trying to “repair” what was already repaired. Will definitely use them in the future!

Collin was great!! He came right on time, and made sure my window had cooled down enough to fix it. I had just driven so it needed a second, but he was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I’ve never had to fix a windshield before, but he explained the process and now I don’t have to worry about replacing my windshield later down the road!

Had a same day appointment, Collin showed up at my house prompt and polite. After I had scheduled the appointment, I looked up my type of rock chip, and feared it wouldn't be fixable. Collin however, took a look, was confident he could fix it, and warrantied his work. I had this huge line of a crack, and now if you don't know where to look you can't even see it. Will absolutely be using them again!

These guys are the real deal. They came straight to my house, fixed two rock chips, and stopped a 1-inch crack from spreading like pros. The whole thing took about 30 minutes, and that's including working in freezing cold weather! Super convenient, super professional, and honestly impressive how fast and clean the repair was. Absolutely wonderful experience working with this company! I was able to get a quote over the phone, and an appointment in just a couple of days. The technician that installed my windshield, Gabriel, was incredibly professional and did a wonderful job at replacing my windshield.
