Let's see how to start this. I got rear ended on new years day. What a way to start the year right? I deal with the Insurance company and they tell me to take it to a body shop for the repairs. I start looking around and notice this shop. Heard some good things about this place, so I take my car there. I was greeted by Eric and Nelda. They made me feel right at home as soon as I got there. They assured me that my car was going to be in good hands and even got everything set up for me to get the rental. Considering I've never used a rental service before it was greatly appreciated. So let's fast forward 3 weeks. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire work up on the car. If anything changed I felt like I knew what was going on before anyone else. Definitely saw this husband and wife team is very honest and dedicated to making every single client of theirs feel very welcome and immediately become part of their family. Every step of the way I felt safe and secure with the repair. Believe me I just finally got my car back on Monday and it looks 10 times better than when I got it from the dealership. By far an excellent experience with this group of individuals. If I ever need any repair in the future this would be the first place I would go to. 100 % recommend this place for your repairs. :)

I took my car to 1st street collision and they exceeded my expectations! The staff was very friendly and kept me updated on what was going on with my car. Eric even dealt with the insurance claim. My car looked brand new when I got it back! 1st street collision was very professional from beginning to end. I was stress free when I I gave my car to them because I knew it was in good hands. I always get skeptical when people list names of people in reviews because it looks like familiarity and that they have a stake in the business. I am a true off-the-street customer who chose them for my job that had insurance ties which is always complicated. Kim hooked me up with Manny who wrote me up and got me in my rental from my insurance and Eric lead the team to getting my ride back on the road. Great job and thanks.

Would give them ZERO STARS!! STAY AWAY! This is the worst place you can do business with. I have been dealing with them since August 2022, I took my car here for repair. The part needed for the repair was on backorder in the entire US so we picked up the vehicle. I have been trying to get a refund from them for over 6 months and have not been able to get my money back for services that were never provided. Now they are claiming I owe them money for the TOW TRUCK! When that was paid out of pocket and later reimbursed by my insurance. Take your business elsewhere!

Great place to take high end cars or not ... yhry are amazing here. My car was only 2 weeks off the lot and I couldn't have felt any better than leaving MY NEW CAR with Eric. Professional, top of the line equipment with very new high tech booths The staff is very experienced in high end work so they can work or any car.. The match was perfect. My car looked like new again. Worked very well with insurance company. Amazing place. From BEGINNING to end excellent experience.

1st Street is my go-to shop. I have been there a few times now, because my wife tends to get distracted at times while driving. I have had a few minor crashes and a major one. I have always been taken care with a level of customer service that is top notch! Kim and Eric have always kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn't imagine taking my vehicle repair needs to any other shop.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Great service, they treated me so well with my car. A clip came off of my cars rocker cover and they got me in so quick to fix the issue. I was in and out within minutes. Highly recommend to anyone and the staff was amazing.

These guys are awesome. I wouldn't trust my vehicles nor my time, with anyone else! Every time I make an appointment here they are ready for me before I get here and they surprise me every time by finishing a head of schedule and still do a more thorough, complete job than any other shop I've done business with. I know my cars are in good hands here, and that means a lot, but they take good care of time as well. And that's the reason I keep coming back.

This is a great family business. Me and my girlfriend needed assistance after being involved in a car accident and we went to another place on the street which they barely gave us any attention. But this family helped us with everything they could, even with things that were not related to the car like recommendations of where to go in CA. Also, the owner helped me a lot by choosing all the car pieces himself. I highly recommend this place to anyone. You’re not gonna regret it.

Amazing family owned shop... bought a 2003 honda civic from here, Brian is the one who sold it to me he was so great they close at 5pm but he waited for me 1½hr the car runs amazing very low miles for the year just needed an oil change... was told the ac blew cold but when I tried to use it the next day was not working at all.. called Brian he told me to bring the car back figured it was the blower ordered the part and got it fixed asap... Will definitely buy another car from here the staff is so nice and professional... had a nice conversation with the grandfather while the blower was being replaced unfortunately I forgot his name. I highly recommend this place!!! Im sure I'll be back
