Would give this place 0 stars if I could very unhelpful not very friendly and hung up on me after asking a question he couldn’t provide the answer for EDIT...you must have me confused with a different customer because that was not my issue but thank you for showing me why you deserved 1 Star terrible customer service please do recommend it for removal I will keep reviewing y’all

I dread taking my car to a shop, because the sign on my forehead says, "Please overcharge me, I know nothing about cars." I'm so happy to find 24hr Mobile Mechanics. I was told I needed an alternator; Shane did a diagnostic and explained in detail why I did not need an alternator. He was friendly, polite and patient, took the time to explain several car processes to me, and answered all my dumb questions. I highly recommend Shane; it's not easy find a good human in business, to tell you the truth and actually want to help you. Shane is BS-free. I'll be calling him again. And I'm definitely going to have him look over any used car I might buy. Thanks, Shane.

I would recommend this company for emergencies. He is about 3/4 the cost of a pro-shop but I ran into an issue with his service. My fuel pump went out and he came to my house and fixed it but his maintenance is now causing a senor to alarm. I have called the individual and his answering service (the number listed) several times to come look at the issue but he never got back to me. I ultimately gave up and took it to my regular shop for this issue. Good for emergency break-fix work, but don't count on any callbacks once work has been completed.
