Nobody really 'likes' to have to pay for repairs on their vehicle(s), but I can say that 4 Points Automotive is a God-send when you're in need of fast, professional, and effective service. It was funny, because my first encounter with 4 Points Automotive was when two other garages refused to work on my car because of its age (it's a 2000 sports car), but 4 Points never even hesitated to bring me in the very next day. Within a day, I had my AC compressor and oil sending unit fixed and I have had no issues with either of those two things since then :) Then, fast forward to a couple/three months ago, both my vehicle and my sister's SUV broke at the same time. 4 Points, once again, came to the rescue. They had both my car and my sister's SUV diagnosed and/or up and running within a day or two. These people are the real deal - great prices, effective service, friendly (even though I know that they don't have a particularly easy job), and they are all-around nice people to deal with. The fact that they are willing and able to repair darn-near any make, model, or year of vehicle, is just the "icing on the cake", so to speak. I would highly recommend 4 Points to anyone who is in need of auto service for their vehicle, regardless of if it's a major repair or if it's just routine maintenance. Extremely knowledgeable and genuine with a fair labor cost. I have brought several jobs to them and most recently, quoted me HALF of what the dealership did for the same work. Always reliable, communicative, and honest about everything before doing the work. They will work with you on what you can afford/what is a priority with no pressuring. I received excellent customer service from the time I made my initial phone call for the tow until the time I picked up my car after being repaired in a timely manner. Paul, the co-owner took my tow call and remained on the line for 15 minutes while his son Cody was on his way to pick up my car. Paul was very hospitable and kind and so was his son. Michelle in the office was super courteous and friendly and provided timely updates from beginning to end on my car via text, including photos of the work in progress on my car. I would recommend this family-owned business, especially in the times we are living in where it is so hard to find excellent customer service and people who genuinely care. Went there for complete engine failure. They tried so hard to work with my warranty company. In the end I had to take it to the dealer for repair. But they told me if the warranty company approved it, it would of been done in 3 days! They were very kind to work with. I so wish the warranty company would of let them fix it without so much difficulty! Definitely would go there again!

I took my vehicle here to have an oil pressure problem and an air conditioner problem looked at and I’m very satisfied with the results. Their customer service is top-notch as they are very friendly and very explanatory of the process from beginning to end. Their paperwork is exemplary with a lot of good detail about what the mechanic is doing to troubleshoot and repair the issues and every charge that you’re going to pay for is detailed and laid out clearly. Communication is very easy as they respond quickly to phone calls and also very responsive to texting. I was sent videos demonstrating that the repairs were successful and everything was done to my satisfaction. I would strongly recommend that you consider using four points automotive for any auto repair needs that you have.

Paid nearly $1,000 last summer to have the ac repaired in my wife's car. Just the compressor was replaced. They told me it was fixed, but it would only cool while driving at highway speed and not while idling. I brought it back and proved it to them. A thermometer I brought was reading 90 and still climbing placed right in front of the vent. They said they could "try" replacing another part and it would be another $750. I couldn't seem to find parts that expensive online, finding full replacement kits for less than their parts quotes. I asked what they paid for the parts and they refused to tell me. The cooling has gotten even worse in the last few months, and with warmer days starting again, it's blowing warm, humid air even while driving. Should've just stuck with my normal auto place.
