They did a wonderful job with fixing my 2015 Toyota Prius’s steering wheel cover that had loosened and kept continuously honking whilst steering and wouldn’t stop honking like at all. The whole process took several days to complete. They’d had to order parts that took a couple of days to get delivered, but were capable of getting the parts in I believe 2 days sooner than predicted, which was fabulous and a very pleasant surprise when they’d called to let me know that they were finished operating. Very friendly service from the employees, and they’d also been very helpful and thorough with answering my questions with the payment, which ended up being $900, which was $100 less than a different place that had quoted me before. Thanks so much, 5 Speed!

I had a terrible experience with this auto shop. I went in for an initial oil change through Groupon and they found the suspension arms needed to be fixed on my car. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following week. Only for the the alignment guy not being available to work that day. I asked to reschedule and the guy up front said they would go ahead and call the alignment person and fix my suspension arms. I asked if it was okay to pick up my car on Monday and they said yes, since I had an event to go to. Come Monday and I’m ready to pick up my car and it’s still not ready until hours later. My alignment is still off so I go in a week later to have it adjusted again. This time they said oh… maybe it’s your tires now. Well if that were the case would you have told me before ?They never apologized to me or offered any discounts due to the inconveniences. I missed work because of this. Terrible experience. The guys that work here are rude too and it’s a nightmare and dangerous to pull into the lot.

They have always taken care of me when it comes to the brakes on my car. This time I needed a CAI installed and they gave me a very reasonable price. They had me in and out in under an hour and did not charge me anywhere near what the dealer wanted. They don't mind of you bring your own parts which is a rarity these days.

I just want to say thank you! I came in for a simple oil change, and they went above and beyond by checking the whole car. Since it’s an older vehicle, it needs extra care—and they found that one of the axles was about to break. 5 year customer, wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Incredible team of mechanics that always do great work. On the rare occasions that they have made mistakes, they fix them quickly and without charge. Fair prices, better results. They have done work from simple oil changes to full on body work after an accident - I am always blown by the quality they provide my toyota. Nick and Ruben are both easy to talk to, very polite, talk through the work before they do it, and have been willing to work within limitations. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This review is long overdue. Not only is everyone here super friendly and honest, but they do incredible work for a great price ! I get my oil changed here regularly and just about anything I need for my car, they can do! I recommend them to all of my friends and they even took my old car headlights and made them look amazing! Highly recommend 5 Speed Motors for oil changes,auto repairs, car maintenance and everything in between! They are great!

My wife and I went there today, and it was truly an amazing experience. Even though they couldn’t fix my car today, we ordered the piece, they took their time to carefully diagnose it and found the real problem out. They didn’t even want to charge me for their time, but I insisted. I’ve been to many repair shops before, but finding honest, hardworking people like this feels almost impossible these days. They are proud of what they do and treat their customers with genuine respect and kindness. From now on, I’ll never take my car anywhere else. Great place, great service, and amazing people working there! Unlike other car service shops that try to rip you off, these guys were very straightforward and fixed my car problem quickly and for a very reasonable price. My AC wasn’t working, so I brought my car here. They diagnosed the issue right away — a broken AC compressor — and fixed it perfectly! My wife and I was a loyal customer for 8 years when Chris managed this shop. Fair pricing, stood behind their work, excellent customer service. Unfortunately, that’s ancient history. Since Rubin took over, the experience has been a nightmare. I paid $3,800+ for electrical work on my antique car (1989 Mazda MX-6 Turbo), and problems keep multiplying: Battery Bait-and-Switch: I brought in a brand-new TOP-OF-THE-LINE AGM Optima battery from O’Reilly’s - the kind designed for multiple discharge cycles that my high-performance car needs. They left the ignition switch disengaged (the very problem they were supposed to fix), which killed my premium battery. Nick promised to maintain it - they didn’t. Now Rubin wants to replace MY expensive battery with a bare minimum Interstate battery that won’t handle my car’s electrical demands. He’s acting like he’s doing ME a favor when THEY destroyed my brand-new battery through negligence. Then he claimed he’d call O’Reilly’s to help - ghosted me completely, now pretends that conversation never happened. Car Returned in Unacceptable Condition: ∙ Windshield filthy, couldn’t see through it ∙ Backseat completely disconnected ∙ Wires hanging everywhere ∙ Screws/washers scattered throughout ∙ Radio disconnected and non-functional The Real Issue: Changed ignition, didn’t fix door lock (need 2 keys now). Door lock fell inside door. Gauge cluster doesn’t work - can’t monitor speed, fuel, or temperature. Story keeps changing: ignition problem, then radio, then “your car has electrical issues.” Wait - I paid you $3,800 to FIX the electrical issues. If my battery keeps dying, you didn’t fix anything. Now Rubin has selective amnesia about every promise made. This shop went from reliable to predatory. Buyer beware.
