He will help you and really tell you what is going on with your vehicle. I when to do mini different garages to see if I need a new engine. But when I got to 5star he listened to the engine and his thing just by hearing it. And he was like you don't need a engine.

I had my clutch replaced with 5 Star just a few weeks ago and I am very happy with everything from start to finish. I called the shop and got a text from Mark the owner within minutes. My battery was dead & I live just down the street from 5 Star & Mark walked over & got my car started. My car went in and within a few days the clutch was completely replaced as well as my battery. I am so happy with the result, my car runs great & I can shift into each gear so easily. The service was quick & the prices are so reasonable & much less than everywhere else I got estimates from. I highly, highly recommend 5 Star for any auto repair, I couldn’t be happier & I am going to get my tires replaced by them next & I have found my place to have all of my auto repairs taken care of.

Here's a real review. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mark the owner of the business. I had contacted him through Facebook for a car he was selling. My mistake was trusting everything he was telling me about the car because he seemed like a straight guy. Turns out the car had a broken oil pan, all this time he's been starting the car without oil in it and of course once he got paid the engine seized. This is a shady guy everyone stay away from him and find an honest guy, he's here only for the money.

Instead of focusing on making money, the owner Mark gave me advice as if he’d known me for years. That advise saved me from potentially spending a lot of money. When it comes to 5 Star Auto Best service in town. Mark the mechanic? One word Amazing. They are busy but its worth the wait if you have too. Most likely he will get you in and out because he values everyone's time and takes care of everyone's car . My car was sitting for almost 3 years because I needed a engine for my 2011 buick .. I called several places and even tried to ask family for help. Got no luck. Either the price was to high or I didn't get much information or it was always something else. May of 2025 searching on Google I came across 5 star auto. You have to leave a message on the voice mail because he got back to me in under 1 hr . He asked me what was going on with my car and in less then 30 minutes from our 1st conversation I had a engine and the price was better then I could have ever asked for .. mind you we are talking about prices from $5000-$7000 ... baby I tell you i spend no were near that . I call him for everything now When I say he is reliable and has great customer service you will not regret it .... Thank you My forever Mechanic Shop
