So I found a Groupon code for the 4star wash, and my car really needed some attention, so I decided to give it a shot. The outside staff was friendly, but the staff inside was pretty standoffish, and somewhat gave off vibes as if though my questions were a bit of an inconvenience. I was left very underwhelmed with the results of the car wash. The wheels were "halfway" cleaned- there's still a lot of dirt and grime stuck. The interior "detailing" was ok- a lot was left untouched or not vacuumed. On top of it, no indoor fragrance was used- yes, I could have asked someone to do whatever fragrance they use, but I felt like I would rather take the loss than to "bother" someone and ask them to complete the job which I paid for. Overall, I feel like I could have gotten a better (or just as good) wash from an automatic drive through car wash. *and in case you're wondering, no, they weren't really busy. There were 0 cars in line waiting for the initial process to be started (the vacuuming), and my car was 1 of 5 cars which were being "detailed" at the end. I at least don't think this was very busy* I would like to add that the owner was nice enough to respond to my review which I placed on a different platform. Very quick to respond which was nice, and he did mention that if you are unhappy with the wash that they offer a free wash as compensation- which is nice, but I only stopped by since I was in the area. I would also like to add that he stated that the employees work hard and are sometimes under appreciated- I will certainly agree that the majority of the staff here works hard, but not everyone is on the same level. In addition, in my review I do not feel as if though I was under appreciating the people, however, I did not appreciate the entire service which was received.

Bad customer service. Bad carwash. Poorly trained on putting cars in neutral. When I walked in the girl at the register rolled her eyes and held her hand out without saying a word to me. I thought she wanted the items I was buying so she could scan them. So as I begin handing her the things I'm buying she SNATCHES the receipt from my hands. 😂 Meanwhile the carwash attendants had no clue how to put my car in neutral. Which is OK because the car can be confusing - but I asked the guy and he confidently said he's got it. Cool, he knows the drill. Then he got stuck on the track when he couldn't put it in neutral. Which could damage the track or the car. Once it was all said and done, the car was not anywhere near as clean as I’d expect from a place like this. See my after photos below and judge for yourself.

Pay $50 for the 5 star wash and they don’t wash your seats or cup holders. Told me I had to pay $35 more just to get those extremely basic car wash services. I’ve never been to a car wash where I have to finish washing it at home. Ridiculous

They drive thru for you. Knowledgeable drivers, they know how to turn off wipers and bring in the mirrors.They wipe the entire car down, including the tail end of my SUV.

If you go to the website you can recieve a free exterior car wash. The business is clean inside and out. There are restrooms for the customers as well as outdoor seating. They also offer other full detail services.

I purchased the five star package which was $40. It includes detailed washing inside and out. It was my first time coming and I'll be having my baby in two weeks so I wanted to make sure I got my car cleaned and ready for my newborn however I feel as if they did a rush job. My carpets were not fully vacuumed My cup holders and seats were not clear and my rims still had brake dust. I paid for a full service and that was not what I received wast of money

Entire dashboard and inside center console wasn’t wiped down. I made time with a toddler to have my car cleaned and paid the 5 Star. After sending photos and explaining I’m unable to come back with a small child until my next day off for them to rectify the issue, I was told I only have 24hrs to bring the car back. Unfortunately with fixed childcare and work hours, I can’t just come back within 24hrs, this is why I made the time that day. Once I was more than halfway home and started to see when the sun hit inside my car I noticed the whole inside was skipped. I also have to mention that the same thing happened to my husband’s car coming to this place. They move fast, busy or not, but they overlook the basics of what you pay for.

I went and got a car wash close to closing about 4:00pm on a Sunday. The place was not packed and it didn't take long. When I approach the car there was a spot on the back of the truck that I asked them to remove. It was sticky so they actually scrubbed it and got it off. When I drove off away from the sunset, I noticed that my windows in the interior and actually windshield was not cleaned properly. I didn't notice as I was driving away because I was facing the sunset but as I drove away I was able to see that it was a shoddy job that they did.
