First experience with this company and very happy. Got sucked in by the informative videos on Instagram :). Decided to bring my CLS 63 to them to just do a “PPI” to just go over it to see if all is good with it. I haven’t done much to the car in the last 20k miles / 6 years . (Don’t drive a lot anymore ) but car has 80k miles on it now and it’s 11 years old. After looking it over Mike Adam and Zack gave me a full report with pictures . Pretty much telling me my car was in extremely good condition. There was no major issues and if anything, basic maintenance like a transmission flush, new battery, diff fluid, and transmission fluid could be done if I so chose too. . But otherwise they found no leaks or wear items that needed replacement . Tough to find an honest shop anymore . If i brought my car to my local dealer i am sure they would have hit me with high pressure sales tactics on selling me things i didn't need . Nothing like that here. Just cool guys, a super clean shop, and a great waiting room. I ended up having them just do a few maintence items the following week for peace of mind . I also tend to over maintain all my cars anyways . Price wise I felt it was extremely fair, but I don’t have much to compare it too. Regardless feeling like you’re paying for something you need and it’s going to be done right goes along way as opposed to 2nd guessing work that’s being done at a local dealer. Specialized independent shops like this is all I use now for all my cars . Def recommend these guys. It’s a 1 hour drive from my house vs 8 min for my Local dealer, I would have driven 6 hours ! Zack and Michael are the most honest gentlemen you'll ever want to meet. Their academic ability in Mercedes and AMG is far beyond anything I’ve encountered. If anyone needs the best Mercedes technicians you must go to this facility.

These guys are the absolute best! Super easy to deal with, fairly priced work, high quality and a great team. They make recommendations based on what is needed but do not gouge you like a dealer does. Can’t say enough good things. The waiting area is super comfortable and they take great care of their workspace— keeping everything clean and organized. Sent my w221 S550 in for a diagnosis and repairs due to no heat and lack of power. They quickly gave me a diagnosis and health check estimate the next day. They provided pictures and videos to see what was wrong with the vehichle, and even caught more problems that would cause more expensive repairs in the future. Once I aproved the estimate, it was fixed and ready the same day. Great customer service, Zach was very kind and team is very knowledgeable. Very quick and trustworthy service. I would 100% reccomend this shop for anybody with a Mercedes!

If you’re looking for a Mercedes specialist in the New England area, you definitely need to check this place out. I found them online and I brought my car in for an air suspension replacement, and the whole experience was unforgettable. Even the high-mileage loaner >200K, they gave me drove like new. The level of transparency and communication here is on a whole different level and the waiting room is just so comfy. Zach, Mike, Adam and Alex are incredibly articulate, professional, and patient to explain everything to you. The way they keep you informed and walk you through everything really stands out. If you listen to their podcast ep1, you will know what they are trying to achieve, it’s just so amazing!

Great team here! I took my car in to have the camshaft adjuster replaced, which is a common issue with the W212, and they fixed it quickly. They also provided a free loaner while the work was being done. A few days later, I encountered another problem with my brake lines, and they didn’t hesitate to take care of it right away. Compared to other mechanics, these guys really make a difference! Thanks to the whole team, especially Mike and Zach, for going above and beyond in every aspect!

The other reviews cover the basics of their great attitude, attention to detail, experience, etc. I'll offer a data driven standpoint instead - my 2019 C43 is my first sports vehicle, my first Benz, the first vehicle I have cared enough to service regularly. I bought it at 20k and Im closing in on 60k. I have driven to their shop numerous times from another state just for their service (and always leave in a nice loaner). In the year and a half of aggressively driven ownership, I have trusted this team to handle everything on this vehicle short of inspections. Oil changes, full brakes and rotors, full tire replacements, alignment, and balancing, front/rear diff service, trans service, new plugs, audio diagnostics (amp died), and various leaks they spotted (and repaired). I'm probably forgetting other things. I only trusted them to do so after researching thoroughly, reading reviews, and having a poor experience at a local euro shop. I have been sold since. Pricing for parts matched what I could find online, labor is reasonable, and no pressure was offered to do anything. Advice and suggestions for service were only offered when asked. Their expertise with both everyday MB and especially AMG vehicles is apparent. I have spent a couple of thousand with their team (blame euro cars not them) and will continue to do so. You should too.

Amazing shop and amazing crew. They take very good care of their customers, give constant updates throughout the service and are not pushy about extra or unnecessary services. They explain their work throughly and are happy to do so. As someone who use to work on my own cars, I annoyingly badger them with questions about how they do service, why they recommend this vs that as well as potential modifications with pros and cons. And they happily answer all of it. I never feel comfortable bringing my car to the shop but 603 Mtech gives me the confidence to keep returning. Highly recommend them for any Mercedes service you need. (Also the cleanest and most organized mechanic shop I have ever seen)

My friend Lei Y. recommended me to 603M tech and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The team provided exceptional service. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had a great conversation with Zack while we thoroughly reviewed the car service history. What really impressed me was Zack’s integrity — he didn’t push me to add any extra services that weren’t needed, but rather explained the services and left the decision to me, which I greatly appreciated. The shop itself is top-notch. The lounge area is comfortable and offers a clear view of the car being serviced, so you can see everything happening with the vehicle. Complimentary check & car wash were done after the maintenance. The invoice clearly states all the parts and fluids used in the service, and the labor is charged at reasonable rate. I was in need of a mechanic for my Mercedes Sprinter and contacted Mtech Autowerks. They fit me in quickly and resolved my issues quickly and professionally. I received excellent service and communication as well as quick turnaround. The team was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the problem and the solution. They also completed a thorough inspection of my vehicle to make sure that all my systems were functioning properly. They are a cut above other service centers. You couldn’t have asked for a better place to go and or be! I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours and everyone was extremely polite from the beginning! I was able to look underneath my car with the mechanic/technician Michael who walked me through step by step on where the areas that needed the most work (which I thought was amazing!) On top of that, the estimated price and quote was much cheaper than stated at the Mercedes Benz Dealership. Therefore, I would highly recommend checking out if you are needing a second opinion and still feels like you are going to be well taken care of as if you are at the Mercedes Benz Dealership already!

Mike and his team are the best! I prefer to drive two hours to his shop for the level of service I get. My Sprinter needed a new torque converter because I never serviced the transmission, Which was causing loss of power. His problem started to occur at 95,000 miles which was 5000 miles under my factory warranty (I did not bring it to Mercedes because they had a shortage of Sprinter technicians) During The Duration of repair, Mike even provided me with a Comfortable Mercedes-Benz loaner 😊 At 130,000 miles, My 2023 Sprinter AWD Is driving Perfectly again! I like having peace of mind, knowing that Mike or any of his guys are more than capable to work on any variety of Mercedes-Benz, And do it in a timely fashion. I am so grateful for Mike and his team! They run a very professional business with great communication. Highly recommended!
