Provided excellent service but with a price. Got me in for an inspection same day no appointment and even lent me a loaner vehicle while they did the inspection. Very thorough and provided detailed inspection report with photos. However at $85 this was the most I’ve ever paid for an inspection. (The vehicle passed inspection and needed nothing.) Casey was very transparent and knowledgeable about any services I inquired about. It is refreshing to know there is a shop in the area that will stand by their work and provide a quality service even if at a premium price point for some services.

I found this place to be informative, educational and best of all respectful. I was given options and recommendations for my high mileage car. None of them were breaking the bank. I had inspection, state emissions, oil change, new drivers mirror, and coolant flush. I could still go out to eat that night. I had my questions answered and I was never made to feel like an idiot. I couldn’t ask for a better auto shop who provides quality service at a reasonable price. I had my 1994 Jeep Wrangler in for inspection, oil change and an engine squealing noise. They identified the problem as a pulley issue. I was surprised at how quickly they provided me with a list of parts and labor. I’m very knowledgeable on mechanics and their quote was spot on. I believe this is a repair shop that will not take advantage of you’re $$$$$.

booked an appointment for an oil change through CLIP discount coupon service. What it ended up being was a low price oil change and an opportunity for them to completely go over my vehicle to see what they could sell me. I was wondering why after an HOUR AND A HALF, I was still sitting there waiting for a simple oil change to be done. Quoted me over a grand to replace front brakes and rotors, which I know won't be that much where I normally go for inspections. A shame, I was looking for an alterative place since my normal place is often booked up. ( because they are good, honest, and reasonably priced) What the final deal breaker was the email spam I started getting from them selling my info.

Ive never felt more comfortable having an auto shop like 625 work on my vehicle. They will send you home with a spare car if your of age and cant make an early morning appointment, they will go above and beyond professionalism, really break down whats going on with your vehicle and only use the best products to work on your vehicle. I do not get check engine lights after a couple weeks leaving this shop, I recommend them to anyone who asks me about auto work and i gladly drive 45 minutes then somewhere convenient right up the street. Yall are the best thanks again 625 Auto!

Like many people, I don’t usually enjoy bringing my car in for service—but 625 Auto Repair made it a truly pleasant experience. From start to finish, I felt comfortable, informed, and confident in the recommendations they provided. I came in needing my inspection done and also wanted to get some “mystery noises” checked out. My car has a lot of miles, and I wasn’t sure if it made sense to put more money into it or trade it in. The team at 625 was great right from the start. I was given a loaner car immediately, and after they checked everything over, they sent me an electronic file with all the recommended repairs—clearly itemized with costs broken out. When I spoke with Casey, the owner, he took the time to go over everything with me. I explained my situation—deciding between keeping the car or trading it in—and his honesty really stood out. He told me that if I planned to trade it in, there was no need to spend money beyond the inspection since, with high mileage, the dealer would likely just auction it off anyway. That advice wasn’t in his best business interest, but it was absolutely the right thing to say, and it meant a lot. If I decided to keep the car, he had the repairs prioritized so I could take care of the most important items first and handle the rest over time. I decided to keep it, and the repairs they completed were done quickly and done right. The noises were gone, and what had been a rough, bumpy ride was suddenly smooth again. I’ll be continuing down the list of recommended repairs in the coming months, but I can already say this was one of the best auto repair experiences I’ve ever had. 625 Auto Repair is honest, professional, and truly customer-focused. Highly recommend!

My family has been servicing our vehicles at 625 for years and had consistently good experiences. This past spring, my car had a recurring issue (some sort of valve?) which the shop repaired twice. I did not live locally and ended up needing to take the vehicle to have the issue repaired a third time at a different service center in my state of residence. 625 worked with the other service center over the phone to determine the root of the issue (the model of my car required it to have a model-branded part). I returned the unused part to them and they refunded money from the unnecessary repairs. My car has not had an issue since. 625 is thorough and diligent. They are not after your money and genuinely want to fix your car. Thank you!
