So third time I’ve been there after 6am in the morning , this is the only 711. I’ve been to at 6:30 in the morning that does not have, breakfast sandwiches and they also have the Lardo taco breakfast bar ….with nothing to eat at all…. but yet they’re all mopping the floors. and when I ask them, I get an attitude from two different employees.. in South Florida are you walk into a 7-Eleven everybody says good morning ,not in Ocala….. I will not waste my time there ever again !!!! I will go out of my way to go to racetrack, Wawa ,or even Circle K for that matter. Three strikes you’re out right🤔🤨😏

Staff is very unprofessional store is barely stocked.. came to pick up an UberEATS order and watched 3 employees stand outside wit the 2 women behind the counter ran around the store trying to keep it in order.. this store need a good management team that's actually cares

Lasiest staff and management I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. Their fountain drink machine has been out of order for a month. they run sales on items they don't offer. The shelve are always half empty and disorganized. The manager need to go to Wawa and see how a convenience store is supposed to operate.

This guy told me and the other customer to give him 1 sec. Well 5 min later we asked if someone else could ring us up. He said hold on. We'll for real 9 min later he comes over to ring us up. He said he can't walk away from a vendor while checking stuff in. So your telling me that you can walk away from a vendor to ring up 2 paying customers. And 2 top it off he's the asst manager. You can learn a thing or two about customer service

This is by far my favorite 7-Eleven. I've visited three locations in Ocala, and this one stands out. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The cookies are fresh, and sometimes made to order. The deli items are always stocked, and the store is consistently clean. Overall, I prefer this location over the one on 10th St and SW 42nd St.

The fuel pumping from the app worked alright for me but I wanted to go inside and get two tacos and a drink. None of the fountain sodas were actually pushing out syrup and the Laredo taco place had no meat ready whatsoever. I just got the 7 Eleven Gold Pass to try out and couldn’t because nothing was ready.

Very rude employees and horrible customer service. Not only was I treated poorly, I was attempted to be scammed by charging me for items I did not have put on my food. Then the card machine would not work, wasted my time for them to insult me that it was my fault and not their machine after admitting they have issues and reset the machine. They need a new management team asap.

Don't stop here. We are visiting from out of state, and this place was a bust and did not meet our needs. We needed beverages and a bathroom. The beverage selection was low, and both the men's room and ladies' room were out of order. The clerk was unconcerned of our needd and is not a place for tourists.

This is GENUINELY THEE BEST CONVENIENCE/ GAS STORE/ STATION I HAVE BEEN TO IN CENTRAL FLORIDA!! I CURRENTLY LIVE IN FORT LAUDERDALE/ POMPANO BEACH and none of our 7/11s are anything like this cleaning wise, customer service wise, positivity, the helpfulness, friendliness etc etc!!! I have been sitting here for over 20 minutes and every, EVERY customer that walks through those doors are welcomed with LOUD, POWERFUL voices welcoming them to "Laredo's", "Roost", "7/11". Being a business owner myself, Acknowledging the customer as well as EVERY customer is a MUST! That alone, speaks VOLUMES, & it doesn't stop there.... Bathrooms are spotless!!! 🚻🚮 The coffee. amazing!!! ☕😋😄 LEGIT!! Our wawa, our racetrac and other stores down inPompano Beach/Fort Lauderdale don't even compare to this location inOcalaa!!! All the way from cashier, to management are PERFECT at their job and tasks!! Everybody has a position and each person in their position, are killing their job!!! VERY IMPRESSIVE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

As I was filling my tank, I was thinking about oh you know I need to leave a review, the place is clean. It looks nice. They have this food court inside. I’m a reward member so I get five cents off a gallon. And then my purchase was complete and I couldn’t get a receipt. The whole idea about pay at the pump is so that you don’t have to go inside to “See cashier.”. Seriously? It just can’t be that hard to keep paper in a machine.

This store is completely unprofessional and the store employees Six and Basheema are the most disrespectful employees I have ever encountered. If I was a Manager I would never have employees like these two working for me. The employee in the blue shirt followed us out speaking extremely unprofessional and was cursing and being highly inappropriate.

Bathroom is disgusting. Being in that condition early in the morning is insane. The toilet paper roll was on the ground in the only stall working. Like who would use that? In the broken stall there was rolls in the sink. I have pictures but there is no option to upload.

I went through the automatic car wash. I did the touch free auto spray. That cost $12 and I am going to post pictures, If this allows me to. To show how dirty it still is. I am not happy, and in the morning, I will be calling the store and expecting a refund.
