Is it just me or does anyone else have to ask for their(coin),change? I have to ask for it EVERY time. My order could come to $9.81and I hand them $10 bill and I'll be standing there waiting for my 19¢. It adds up.

Cashiers are very rude and snobby. They never answer the phone and their conversations are more important than the customer, plus they let panhandlers harass the customers. Do not shop here! I will be reporting them to corporate.

Their prices are ridiculously high compared to similar stores even just down the road.... Current local regular gas prices are @ $1.87.... Here it's $2.09... Marlboro at the corner of Beech & So. Willow are $6.09.... Here it's $6.68.... And there are tons of other.... I avoid this place as much as humanly possible.

This 7/11 is not a corporate store. It's privately owned and can make up the prices as they see fit. I love 7/11 stores that are Corporately owned. Nickles worth of FREE advice don't argue about prices or anything else because you just might find yourself banned and Trespassed over nothing... This 711 has the best coffee tons of different flavors from crumb cake to pumpkin spice for $2 Xtra large 😋 comes with a free fresh baked muffin! They take EBT snap food stamps too. The lady who owns the place is really awesome 👌 👏 👍. She takes care of her regulars. My bf and I go here every morning.

Sale $2/5 item only had 1. Person ranted that couldn’t change tag or send me item or change the street? Simply asked if still get sale price considering they only had 1 to sell. Man carried on like a lunatic and was the rudest person I have ever encountered in front of a line of people. 7-11 should be ashamed. I will follow up to being humiliated with co. Franchise or not that behavior is shameful and insulting the way I was yelled at In bad English for asking for the sale price.

Clean, bright, modern. Lots of gas pumps, often at a good price. Lottery machine inside, usually not much of a wait at the register. The biggest downfall the store doesn't seem to address is panhandling. People will beg for money in every which way possible, including sitting in cars, approaching you before you can get out of your vehicle, or waiting at the gas pumps and pretending they need a few bucks to get to Nashua. Was approached by 3 people in ONE visit! If I see them out there I go to another store.

They all think they are smarter than you. Every single time they try to gip you change I will make sure to ask for every last penny cheap stakes. You guys are laughable for trying to gip people 3 Pennies at a time. I promise to make sure you give me every last penny.

The 7 eleven at 242 beech st Manchester NH has some very wonderful people working there. I go there just about everyday for my 2 chicken tenders. Everyone is always very friendly and professional. The store is always clean. I wish I knew the managers name because she goes above and beyond for her customers, amazing personality. Can't say enough good things about this store

Went to this store go about every day have been charged different prices for the same thing I get I was told my card was declined and I would get a refund so as I know and they know I had money on my card was told I’d have the refund back in two hours it’s been well over a day and no refund yet and they don’t answer the store phone but they answer their own personal phones while you are trying to ask for something second and third shift I have never had an issue until the last couple weeks I’ll find a different store to go to I moved down here 6 months ago and go to this 711 every day and I’ll be going there to find where my refund is and won’t be going back. Sorry one guy is great there the others not at all. Sorry I didn’t want to even write a review but I haven’t gotten my refund and I’ve been over charged said something and they came up with some dumb excuse to why it may have happened.

There was rusty dirty jagged pointy metal sticking out of the base or pump number 3 that I discovered when it cut my ankle on Tuesday. I notified the employee immediately he came out with me, I showed him he said he would contact the manager. I stopped for gas again today, Friday, it was the same if not worse. Untouched. I went in to speak to the employee who admitted of others also complaining, of getting no answer after notifying the corporate management and apologizing yet again saying he couldn’t do anything while waiting for the manager. The employee told me I could meet the manager after noon tomorrow. I said I wouldn’t be around. So there was no providing of or taking any information when I persisted that something needed to be done. I wasn’t given a contact. My info wasn’t taken. No accident report was filled out. Furthermore the pump was not blocked off. There was no warning tape. No cone set up. Nothing. Nothing. Im seeking where I should report. Also when I stopped to grab some items at the same time, I got a pack of 2 hard boiled eggs. I had to bring them back in because the date was use by not best by January 19th. It’s the 27th.

I stopped to use the outside vacuum to clean the inside of my car and put $2 worth of coins in the machine and it did not work. I went inside to tell someone and to get my money back. They were aware of the situation yet there was no sign indicating it was broken. They refused to give me back the $2 and said it was because they didn’t have the key to the machine and said that I could come back at 6am the next day to get it. Why would I come back at 6am, or at all, the next day? People have lives. I know it’s only $2 but they should have just given me $2 from the drawer and replaced it themselves at 6am the next day. Extremely poor customer service. They are just taking people’s money. I will not stop here again.

One of the girls that works here will cancel your 711 rewards number and put in her own and quickly go through the screens hoping you miss it. I didn't see the name but I did see that she has 28,000 points so she must be doing this frequently.
