Since when do u allow workers to close shop completely for their lunch break I had my niece with me at 12:14am two nights ago and it was a wasted trip due to the strung out worker closing pos never going back ever again and that’s sad seeing as I’ve gone there since I was ten

Close to home. Nice enough staff. Almost always people hanging out, panhandling, I've been asked for a ride and cussed out when I explained I didn't have room in my car.

I love coming here. No matter what it is that I need they have it fs ... Although sometimes I have to dish out a few more dollars since other places are closed at those times it's worth it I can trust it 24/7 to be open to attend to what ever it is that I would be needing!

You know I do not understand this coin shortage thing at all especially if they are still able to release a new quarter with a bat on it?? Starting to think some places are just using that excuse because they didn't go to the bank! With the field that I work in and the amount of people I know that are struggling here in Pueblo not to mention our homeless population predominantly residing in the downtown area during the day, i was incredibly disappointed and concerned that the 7-Eleven on 8th and Grand yesterday only accepted credit cards and EBT :( This 7-Eleven is in the center to many of our Indigent population....the shelter, dhs, catholic charities, the cooperative care, the jail.... all surround that 7- eleven; yet they are not accepting cash. That is the only place in that area to get small necessities like water/food...and I would say only a very small percentage of the population whose homeless and/or indigent in that area would have a debit/credit card, and/ or an EBT... however an EBT card is not going to pay for toilet paper or feminine items :( and if you are an adult and have no children you're really not getting anything on an EBT card to begin with. Sad and disturbed.

Went in at Oct 4th, around 10am. Needed a paperclip for some papers, and the lady was kind enough to give me one. It’s the small things like that which makes me want to spend my money there. I hope 7-11 knows how lucky they are to have someone like that kind lady working there. I will be going to this 7-11 more in the future.

Rude. Disrespectful to paying customers. Not talking about myself. I watched the cashier put down the people that just paid in front of me. It doesnt matter how a customer pays just as long as they pay. I did offer to pay for the remaining items the couple couldn't buy and i understand why he said no and its bad for the store. No problem with that. But dont treat paying customer's like that. Talking about them in front of them disrespectfully. Implying you dont want them to return. Well for the sake of your business I hope they do "keep coming back" since they paid. It may have been EBT, but either way you got paid. They didnt steal the food. Lost my future business. BTW don't judge a book by its cover. Just because im dressed professionally right now doesn't mean anything. Im struggling and on EBT too. So, bye.

Close by where I work. True, it does not have a public restroom, but to be fair, they have to take preventive measures to discourage shoplifting. The clerks are nice to you, especially Jackie, Javier, Dustin, Emma, Michelle, Shannon and so on. If I forgot your name, forgive me.....all of you are great! They allow me to take my time deciding what I want, chiefly because of the points program. They even incorporate healthy food as one of its offerings (Salad, anyone?)

Employee was a bigger guy, long hair with hat, shorted me 10 dollars. I realized when I got to work and went right back to the store. The same employee was then on the phone with the taxi company saying he might have enough cash to get where he needs to go. This happened at 540am on 01/05/2019. I get there and the manager lady is now present and had just counted the drawer and said it was not over. The guy never offered me a receipt, I paid with a 20 bill and only got 4 bucks and change back after i bought a 3 dollar red bull and a 2 dollar pack of gum. Yes I should have got a receipt and counted my change. But while omw to work i don't expect to get hustled by an employee. When he was off with the taxi company, he told me sorry did I short you (real nervously/GUILTY) and then started telling me irrelevant stories and said we should get a beer sometime. WTF this employee smoking something and it ain't weed SMH. I guarantee on the transaction history he probably pushed that I paid with a ten and then pocketed 10 dollars for his taxi. I didn't think to ask the manager to look at the transaction.

I specifically go to this 7-eleven even though it’s out of my way because of how friendly the staff is. Laura (hope I spelled that right) is fantastic! I’m bad with name, but every single staff meme we there, especially the 5-7am staff are super friendly and helpful. This isn’t an easy job, but y’all do it very well. Thanks for always brightening my mornings!

The reason I gave them a list score is because my son went in there to ask if they were hiring. He was told yes and was told to talk to the manager. My son is Puerto Rican and when he went to speak to the manager which she was African American she told him they were not hiring and gave him a dirty look. So she was hating on my son. Maybe because she was prejudice. I will be going to the hire ups about her. She doesn't need to work at 7 eleven if she's prejudice. I will be contacting an attorney

Great location despite the zombies that loiter all day. Always stocked with everything you need. Love the staff. Lots of laughs. Napkins ARE free to paying customers. You CAN NOT charge for napkins. I can take the entire damn pile if I so choose. Try to charge me again. You'll lose that franchise

New associate named Chris lost my Identification while being my associate, I go home and follow my trail going back and fourth to 7 eleven trying to find it but no avail, I am back at the store and see the manager I then ask her if an ID was turned in or left on counter she said no but then asked if I was helped by Chris I misunderstood saying how Chris is the name on the ID, she then responded saying how “no did Chris the associate help you with a product requiring an ID?” I responded yes, I then asked where he was and she said how he all of a sudden left and clocked out which I find suspicious within 20 minutes of returning to the store trying to find my ID he’s all of a sudden it there anymore. Regardless whether he did steal it or not he as very slow and was very difficult to deal with just for one over counter product, I do not recommend him at all as I have not had any issues with any other associates at this local store! I do find it suspicious that my id is now gone after encountering him as an associate while his name is also Chris

I would go there for there great assortment of coffee. They did away with that and is just like other stores now, booo. The man behind the counter looked like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. The changes that have been made makes this store not for me anymore. Do better 7 eleven #LOSTCUSTOMER...
