They got everything but good gas prices ,,it's time we drop the gas prices! I'll be honest with you I would have gave him five stars if their gas prices were low low low but it's not just this place it's every place in Southern California this place has potential to be a five-star joint

Quick and easy access from the 5 freeway. Cramped pump space, not great for large vehicles. Price for fuel is higher then other stations farther East on Sand Cyn.

I never thought I will give review for a gas station. But here staff is very friendly. I had lost my wallet while filling in the gas. They were very friendly. They looked around and helped me find it. We were just going to check CCTV, but before that we find it. ( I had put it on my car and drove)

The entrance is very hard and confusing to get into. Worker was a bit unfriendly, could barely see were I had to line up my car because the sun was directly above and there was no mirror. Got the pro wash, took about 10 minutes. My car was hand dried after, but when I checked out my car at home there were still water streaks and spots. Some residue from gunk still left on car. This place will get your car mostly clean, but doesn't do the entire job. Wouldn't go again.

About the only station around there, so they could gouge a lot more than they do. Clean, modern, open design. Fairly easy to get into, and slightly less easy to get out. Nice convenience store, too. I go back here even if others are closer.

0 Stars! I was in the car wash and the credit card machine did not work. There are actually humans who will take your credit card and run it but the machine didn't work and they did not care to go inside and have my credit card run there. Instead they said they only accept cash. Well, I had no cash so they ran me through the machine without a car wash. The problem is that it's only one lane and you are stuck behind a car that is being washed. Then driving outside the car wash they did not make ONE effort to try to get me off the lot but left me stuck behind the car in front of me that was getting dried off, windows clean, tires cleaned. Minus five stars!

Been using the touch less car wash in this station. Always used the most expensive one which is 14 dollars. The car wash would do a basic cleaning of your car, but honestly it’s far from washing your own car by yourself in the driveway. For the price, the outcome is not worthy. Clean station tho

I came in with mud on my car that wasn’t going to come off in the car wash. One of the workers told me this and then he proceeded to wipe my car with a rag to help get it off for no extra money. Beyond thankful!

10/10 recommend. Came for gas, and ended up getting a car wash as well. The owner came out and made sure we left super happy. He even helped touch up the car and wouldn’t accept a tip. Super humble, genuine nice guy.

The location is super convenient. The place is always clean. The employees are mostly nice. The car wash is almost always out of service. The gas is expensive, and the propene is ridiculously expensive.

I come here quite often because it's nearest my house. Always friendly cashiers at the helm, and my only issue is with the very long lines at times. Wish they would open up that other register sometime! Nice and clean bathroom and pleasant staff every time.

They do have a car wash and it is touch-less. The results are normal as you could expect from a machine wash. They offer $10/12/14. There would be super long wait during rush hours (weekday lunch break), which you won’t know until you get into that line and there is no way to turn around. I finished my entire lunch in the car while waiting for my turn (one rice bowel one salad and one drink).

Went through the touchless car wash today, it left purple streaks all over my white car I'm guessing from the soap that didn't get rinsed off, water spots and streaks on all the windows. The water that's used to rinse the car was dirty amd the blow dry only dried the hood.

Prices absolutely do not line up with what is advertised. On most recent visit, $0.40 per gallon difference in price on advertising board than pump. Out dated pumps which do not allow more safe and secure tap to pay. It’s also by far the most expensive in the area.

Wow, l'm just overflowing with excitement about this gas station review! But seriously, it's a gas station - what can you say? Fill 'er up and go, right? BUT, I must give props where props are due: • The employees are polite, so you won't get yelled at for asking where the beef jerky is (it's by the Slim Jims, duh). • The store is cleaner than my room, so you can grab a snack without worrying about contracting a mystery illness. • And the touchless car wash? Scratch-free and fun for the kiddos! Because what's a gas station experience without a little soap opera drama?

I purchased a $30 lottery scratcher from the self-service machine here, and the machine jammed without giving me my ticket. When I asked for help, the clerk treated me with hostility, calling me rude and even threatening not to serve me. The manager eventually reviewed the cameras and found my missing ticket at the bottom of the machine. While he was more professional, the whole process assumed the worst of me and was frustrating especially since these machines don’t provide receipts, leaving customers without proof when errors happen. I want to be clear: if you’re not part of the primary demographic in this area, especially as a Black customer in Irvine, you may not be treated fairly here. Faulty machines and biased, hostile treatment shouldn’t be the customer’s problem.
