We go here often for Wetzels & Thrifty scooped ice cream. Always receive great service. Tonights visit, not so great. The attendant stated he couldn't serve ice cream, because he doesn't have a health card. Wouldn't that be a requirement before hiring? Was a bit annoyed.

Tonight I went there indeed need air for my flat tire, sure enough I was very impress by employee there name ERIC, without hesitation he gave me access to the machine. It would be great if all gas stations have such an employee like ERIC, when customer needed and clerk steps-up. again thank you Eric.

Super cool gas station, car wash and super power vacuum. The car wash it’s not so great on your wallet but it’s worth it. Very clean and nice store. Shelves always full stoked of everything you can purchase at grocery store. Clerks or employees give you the customer an amazing customer service.

I had never experienced such attitude from no other gas stations like this one . Walked in today to buy some lottery tickets and the lady with blonde highlights was so rude if you don’t like your job why be there ?I myself work in customer service and if I don’t feel like being there I’ll just call of instead of going and taking my anger out in people you don’t even know . They refused to sell me lottery tickets because I didn’t show them my ID which they never ask name for so I wasn’t prepared .Like I completely understand if that’s your policy but you could of told me in a better way instead of just making me stand there and figuring out you weren’t going to sell me anything so unprofessional.There was a guy there as well who seemed like a manager and didn’t even say anything just stood there and told the cashier to not sell me anything with a bad mood as well like I’m sorry your unhappy but why bring it towards your customers .Never going again I hope the owner really seems this comment and really put some work into his customer service because it’s people like this who makes people not want to go back to his business .

Lawrence is an angel. I stopped by to fill up my tank once done my truck wouldn’t start. Turns out I needed a jump. I had someone come to help jump start the truck but we were struggling. Lawrence came out and offered to help. He stepped in hooked up the cables to both vehicles and it worked!! Thank god for Lawrence! The world needs more people like him. God bless him!!

Went to this gas station on 12/26/24 at about 3:50 pm, to buy Mega Millions lottery tickets. I told the girl I wanted 2 $10.00 tickets for Mega. She says, " oh I put it all on 1 ticket, is that ok?" I said, " no, it's for 2 people". She called the mgr on the phone. The clerk says, "she said to try somewhere else". I guess the mgr is too lazy to come and help her. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! I WONT BE BACK, EVER!!! Needless to say I was shocked, never in my 64 years has a business been this rude and unprofessional with such a lack of caring about whether they lose a customer!

I never write reviews but I felt I had to I'm those case as I wanted to.share how amazing this specific gas stion seems to be , they have all the amenities and to top it off they have one of the most amazing cashiers i have ever come across ,thank you miss Stacey for the friendly upbeat service with a smile . Nancy assisted with me in obtaining a refund for a car wash membership that was erroneously listed to another vehicle - issue with the camera reader. She went above and beyond to take care of this over the phone issuing me a credit and then photographing both the receipt, the database entry, and then texting it to me. I appreciate her service.

Don't bother paying for the more expensive car wash. They never do what they are supposed to. They don't do the pre sprays and they never hand you the towel. They guy disappears and you are sitting in line waiting for him to appear. Won't be returning for gas or car wash.

It takes nothing less than a great experience to inspire me to post a review. As routine as it may seem, I thought it would be unlikely to comment on a "gas station/convivence store"..but here I am. I stopped by "76 Ignite" on Monday and I was cheerfully greeted by Stacy. I got what I needed and headed to the counter where again I experienced the genuine good nature of Stacy and engaged in a brief but meaningful chat. I left feeling that this was not just a routine stop but a great start to the day. Thank you Stacy. If it were not for the people, this would just be a building with gas and goods. Thanks to the great people that work here, it is a great place to shop and get gas. Best of luck to you. You have earned my business and Loyalty.

I recently went to this Gas Station, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Stacey she’s very knowledgeable about everything at that location. She took the time to listen to my question and provided help with what I needed. What impressed me the most was a simple welcome walking into the gas station and have a great day walking out. This is new new favorite gas station and will not be my last time going !

Beware of the car wash. I have a beautiful 2000 T Top Camaro with a custom blood pearl maroon paint. I thought I’d give this drive through a shot. It seems nice, and they have a nice attendant to help with the wash. First wash was fine, so I thought I’d wash my car on the way to a work appointment here again since I was in a hurry…. And my hood was severely scratched in multiple places. If you drive a nice car.. wash it by hand, don’t go through one of these, especially this one unfortunately. Luckily, I was able to get these buffed mostly out, but it cost me. Use discretion.

David is too busy acting cool to pay attention to guests. Does not know how to explain or fix issues inside the store. Management was no help either. I used to like this place . I know they won't care or notice but. One more pump open fer all y'all.
