When living in NYC you need to find yourself a great body shop and I'm so glad I did. After being sideswiped the team here at 1st stop auto repair did a great job getting my car looking like new. They were quick and efficient and I had great communication with them throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them for all your autobody needs.

I brought my car in... I had a lot of damage to the front and back when I was rear ended. The team here was super professional. Peter was in contact with me all the time with every step he took. When I got my car back I had to take a step back to actually believe the damage was fixed as fantastic as it was. I got new front and back bumper they filled in the Dent on the right hand side door replaced the lights and the trunk lid. They spray painted my car and when I got it back it was in better shape inside than when I handed it into them!!! Inside was spotlessly clean and vacuumed. My car literally looks like it's brand new even though it's over 10 years old.... Peter helped with everything. From getting me a car rental to getting my car towed to the garage... Look at the name it says one stop shop and this is really all you need as a 1 stop shop!!!

I went to this business because my trunk was broken. I spoke to Luis and he seemed very nice at first. He ran a couple of diagnostic tests and and was nice enough to not even charge me. I felt that I could trust him and told him if there is anyway to fix the truck for a decent price. He called up a Nissan dealership for the part and quoted me a very high price for the trunk actuator. I found cheaper parts online and asked if he would install it if I ordered the part online. He didn't like the idea of me getting the part cheaper from a different dealership. He tried to convince me that the part needed to be matched with a VIN number and that if I ordered online I may get a part that is not compatible with my car. I had a gut feeling he was working with the dealership person to quote me a higher price for the part so that they can pocket some money. I still left the shop asking him how much he will charge if I come back to him with the part. He quoted me $140 for the labor. That seemed high to me for what it was but I still agreed because he seemed like he wanted to help. Fast forward, I got the part and called him back to schedule the work and this time he quoted me $200. He added that I need to pay $60 for him to "program" the trunk actuator and it is a cost that Nissan charges him. This confirmed that Luis is not an honest person as he just wanted to make some extra cash. I got the work done elsewhere for $150 and they didn't mention any programming costs. Beware of the friendly service as this place is not honest with the amount they will charge for a certain job.

Great job, just a little messy. Guys left dusty fingerprints all over my salon and some paint spots around place they worked. But so far, they provided professional quality service. This is the place to go if you want quality repair at a reasonable price. Peter gave me an estimate on a Sunday took my car in on Wednesday and we got it back on Saturday. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. I had hood damage and needed a new bumper. The hood was repaired and the paint match perfectly and everything looked beautiful. If you need any auto repairs done body work done tell Peter that Michael from Fort Lauderdale sent you. They are very good.
