I had four different mechanics work on my car and still none of them could fix it, I knew I had to find a company with a perfect rating and who specialized in Mercedes to help me. I found A-one Auto and they fixed my issue in a day. What I loved most about my experience is the fact that they knew exactly what was wrong with it and noticed every little thing and explained where it all went wrong. When I first start coming to A1 I gave them five stars service was amazing fixed the job right had no problems. Fast forward to two years later had some major work done needed engine replaced took forever although not totally on them. Now here's where the issue lies when I got my car back check engine light was still on,AC no longer worked and making a hissing sound I had no issues with my AC prior to bringing it in,auto start no longer worked. I was told to bring it in for a couple more days even though they had my car for 6 months so can't figure out why the check engine light is on possibly a sensor need to be replaced. Check myself and come to find out O2 sensor was never plugged in so that fixed that problem. However I still have a non-operable AC due to their incompetent mechanics. Will never do business with them again I used to recommend people and take people to their shop will never ever do it again this place is a money gouger and does inadequate work. They need to rehire whatever mechanics they had before because the ones they have now or I'm not going to say all of them the one that worked on my car does not know what the hell he's doing

I recently purchased a 2023 Tesla Model Y. Almost immediately, I scuffed the paint on the bumper. Heartbroken I took it around to some body shops that were giving me estimates of upwards of $3K+. I took my car into A-One and their team gave me an estimate 1/6th of other shops and got it done within 24hrs without having to remove the bumper. A true miracle this place. They color matched the paint on site and I was absolutely blown away.

Ash and Ruben from A-One Auto were so helpful throughout the whole process of having some scratches on both sides of my car reparied. When I got it back, it felt like I had a whole new car! Ruben made a confusing process easy to understand, giving me a clear picture of what my options were and how to go about filing an insurance claim. Ash went above and beyond by helping me deal with my insurance and advocating for me to them. Anytime I called, if he wasn't able to answer, he always called me back within 1-2 minutes. He even gave me a ride home all the way to Manhattan Beach from the shop after dropping my car off so that I wouldn't have to pay for an uber. I am originally from the East Coast so I don’t have a family out here in LA to help me with these kinds of things but A-One was so helpful and accommodating that it made a daunting task feel very manageable. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone I know!!

A one Auto is one of the best body shops that I have ever used. From the minuet I arrived with the car and they were super helpful and detailed. Went over the repairs in details and had already reserved a car for me with the nearest car rental dealer. The entire process from dropping off the car to picking up the rental took less than an hour which is my past several experiences took at least 3-4 hours. One of the amazing benefits there to that they are not just a body shop but they also have a very good mechanics team who helped me check and repair couple items of my car . I would recommend them to everyone . A one are truly A one in the business.

Took my truck in looking for the same guys that always handle the service on my truck. When asked I was told they no longer work their and the lady said they can take me in for service. I politely declined and decided to look the old shop up and found they moved and I was not told they moved just that they are no longer here. This place also lost AAA status which I was also unaware as I a originally was referred by AAA. I found the team that always took care of me and it's just a shame these guys didn't just say they moved and I would have left. Those that knew the old mechanics know they owned their mechanic shop. I knew something was off when the signs they had are now gone. The last up front was nice so that's all I can add. But honesty is key.

Hands down a place I can trust! I brought my car in two weeks ago to fix and paint my bumper after an accident. I confirmed with my insurance company that they were approved, and now I know why! The drop off process was quick and easy and when I picked up my car yesterday, it felt brand new. They detailed it inside and out and did a complimentary oil and brake check, and even explained when I’ll need service next which is a huge help since I don’t know much about cars lol. I’ll definitely be back for my mechanic needs and highly recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely love this place i traveled 1 hour to get my bumper paint matched to my car and was very happy with the results! Great customer service and they did a great job I’m very picky when it comes to my car but I was not disappointed I highly recommend coming here! I did a walk in right when they opened and I did call a couple days before to let them know I was coming in and got same day service. I was recommended to A-One Auto Center for a water pump replacement after the dealership tried to charge me an obscene amount of money. A friend told me to check out this shop, so I made an appointment and met Chris, the mechanic who worked on my car. Not only did he replace the water pump, but he also pointed out that my air filter needed to be changed something my previous dealership never addressed. When I picked up my car, Chris walked me through everything that was done and made sure I understood the work completed. Great service, fair pricing, and honest people. I highly recommend this place!

I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team at A One Body Shop! Every staff member was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step.
