1st time using this company after he dropped off his business cards to my job at the Hilton. He is so professional and effective! I called him because my car was driving funny, I explained I didn’t see a visible problem he replied no worries I’ll come to you to check it out! He came to me accessed my tires and found that I had wire exposed on the inside of the tire. He quoted a price, he called a tire place and fixed my tire right at the gas station!!!! Thank you so much I will certainly be using him from now on

Not good at all, I was anxious about having my vehicle diagnosed, at home then to get it started, I was told I needed a battery I was charged over 500 dollars, for the battery without a receipt, car didn't start then I was told I needed a wire, then lied to about bringing the wire for 75 dollars I'm out of 700 dollars I highly recommend not getting any assistance from them, roadside bully ,

We HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend A Plus Roadside Bully for your roadside needs and general car repairs! Dee and the team were professional (pleasant interactions and very tactful), timely (repairs don't drag out forever), paid attention to details (noticed our tires were balding) and Dee showed concern for our major issue, to the point of doing everything with his team that could be done in order to get the SUV repaired. We felt like they really cared! They went the extra mile to help us during our car challenges!! We believe that our car problems would've been much more difficult to deal with if we had worked with a different company. We were truly blessed to work with them as they diagnosed what was causing our SUV to lose power. We know that car parts and labor come with higher costs often times, but they tried to give us the best deals. We appreciated that! We didn't make it to our major Sabbath event in St. Louis, MO as planned, but we believe that all things worked together for our good! We are HAPPY to say that after Dee and his team worked on our SUV and delivered it to the hotel we stayed at, we drove the 3 hours back home IN our SUV, WITHOUT any additional car drama! My wife and I were traveling to visit my mother in Wisconsin. We broke down due to the auto shop near our home in Nashville not properly doing their job knowing we were traveling for the week. After being turned away by 2 different tow companies and begging lift or uber to just pick us up (no one would pick us up off the interstate), Dan (the gentleman that works dispatch) heard our distress, got ready and drove all the way out to us while we waited for the tow truck to take us to Enterprise. Shout out to Dan’s wife bc he was late to dinner to save us! Because of Dan we were able to catch Enterprise as they were closing and was able to rent a vehicle and the tow driver safely delivered our vehicle to Midas. If we are ever traveling through in the future and stumble across car trouble this will be the first company we call. Thank you guys for saving Christmas!
