Used to really like coming here. The younger guy, assuming the son was great. Had a lot of patience with customers that are not very mechanically inclined and just had great customer service all the way around. Now the older guy has been running the counter and he isn’t completely rude but you can tell he has little patience and tries to basically force you to take the services he says you need. Going to part ways with this shop and find somewhere else. Sad I really enjoyed doing buisness with them at one point.

I had a timing belt replacement last year costing 3k and taking 3 mo to fix. 12k later the belt snapped due to a defected part. Thankfully I don't have to pay anything, but they've had it for 8mo. Now I'm getting the runaround and the finished date keeps moving back week after week. All it supposedly needs is the head gasket bolts to be put in and the technician working on it is out for the week. I don't see why someone else can't just work on it for me. 8mo is insane!!

My son has been using the A-Team for several months now and they've done great work for him. I know several other people who have used them for years and they come highly recommended. When my shifter cable broke, I called them to have it looked at. I found the owner to be very patient and fair. They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. A couple of days after getting my car back I found it needed a minor adjustment. They gladly took care of that for me w/o a problem and it's working great. Being a woman, I feel comfortable with them and their workmanship. I find them to be trustworthy, honest and of good character.

Inaccurately recorded my mileage increasing it by more than 1/3 and resulting in more than $1000 loss when I went to sell my car. I called four times for them to correct and they never called me back. Do not go to.

I took my used vehicle in I had just bought for services like tires, front alignment and inspection. They found more wrong than I wanted, and these issues had to be corrected or it would not pass inspection, let alone be roadworthy/safe to drive. BUT, I did buy a used vehicle and I was aware it may need some work as I went. However, it regrettably needed some work NOW not later. I don't know a lot about cars, I am more the Photography, Artist and Tech type. What I do know is that they came HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED by someone I respect and trust with not only my life but my wife's as well. The guys worked with me as best they could and we got it taken care of. I am not happy about the added cost, BUT THAT ISN'T Aderius or Marcel's (Spelling?/?) fault. I am not taking out my frustrations or bad choices out on these guys like I seen some do on here. Yes, they found more wrong and I will have to attend to the rest (minor stuff) later. But they did as asked and did what they had to, to get me into a ROAD SAFE vehicle, and I appreciate that. Not happy I am spending more than I initially planned, but again, NOT THEIR FAULT. I will definitely use/recommend these guys and A-Team Automotive again and again, because I feel they are honest and will do what they have to to get you up and running safely as possible. I didn't expect this to go 100% smooth, but it is what it is. I feel this is one of the few places you can trust. If you don't want to pay for their services, go to school, get accredited and do it yourself. No sense in judging them if you can't even walk a mile in their shoes, let alone know what skills are required to do the job right.

I took my car in today. It is the second time I have been there. I asked for an inspection and an oil change. They came in and asked me if I really wanted them to change my oil because I still had 2,000 miles on my previous oil change. So many places I feel like would have gone ahead and changed it. Had to use my other Gmail account so I can give them another rating. Again, five star review all the way around. These men are honorable and fair. These are honorable men and very fair. I was referred to Aderius and Marcel by my father-in-law who has been doing business with them for quite some time, and he's been retired for I don't know how long now from the phone company. He started doing business with them shortly after they opened, and from what I'm hearing, the owner has inferred my father-in-law's referring his employers fleet of vehicles to be serviced there and helping them out in the early days. They apparently have made an impression on my father-in-law and me. I can't say enough good about this business, especially in an environment where you run across some really sketchy individuals and the insane price gouging. I think these guys do one hell of a job and are pretty reasonable as far as parts and labor prices; especially compared to other mechanic shops I have had The misfortune of dealing with. All in all, it is my personal belief that if you want good honest and reliable service on your vehicle. You should definitely come talk to Aderius or Marcel and tell them what you need, and see what they can do for you. I have yet to feel like I've been wronged or taking an advantage of by this establishment.

Waste of time and money . Took my car because of smoke and burning smell from my dash . They took 2 days and couldn’t find anything. When I asked what they did , they said “ I stared the car and didn’t smell anything , we didn’t see any smoke “. 🤦♂️ charged me $130 to start and smell the car . I would suggest you avoid this place if you can and if you value your time and money .

A-Team Automotive is really APlus-Team in my book. Ive been going to them for sevice for a couple years now. Today i needed brake service. I was treated with the up most respect from the team especially from Darius and his Dad. Thanks to Quaylin for taking me home and observing my car to actually see what could be the problem. Be very cautious with this spot. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Friday. By Tuesday the bolts on my tires where stripped and fell off while on the highway. Noticed due to my car shaking really badly. I had my newborn in the car with me as well and it could have ended badly. Makes me think if they do a poor job on the oil changes as well. If you go here, always, ALWAYS , check what you pay for.
