Everyone telling me that I shouldn't do my exhaust on my car, because it's a Lincoln. It's supposed to be a luxury car. If I'm the customer, then give me what I want. I didn't ask for the converters to get cut off. I asked for a different exhaust sound. Everybody told me no I went to. These guys said yes. I even asked him to turn the car on without the muffler being installed. I like the way it sounds. The tech told me it would sound better with the Flow Master on it. He didn't lie.

issues with a inner and outer tie rods never went away I took my car to them for.. I called mo and he said come in Monday he will take care of me even though I’m 11 days out of warranty. Will update with results.

Had a misunderstanding with the owner and almost found me a completely different mechanic but I can’t find the same great service that a tech has. Mo made sure he settled things for me even went a month over warranty for me! Fixed my outer tie rods for free under warranty couldnt be more satisfied with the service. I will be back

Went and got service here for my muffler I say around The beginning of May a few weeks went by in which I thought they fixed the problem but still heard the same noise I go to get it checked back out and they told me I’m having the same problem but a different spot. I paid over $250 for the first services and they expected me to pay the same for the issue. They just want your money instead of telling me I had another issue he let me pull off the lot wouldn’t go back here if my life depended on it 👎🏾

Drove my over heating car all the way here at least 15 mins from home only for them to tell me they was busy didn’t even attempt to look at my car and there was not any cars in they stalls being worked on so I don’t understand.. you never recommend this shop or any on greenfield they bullshit you

If I could give a negative I would. The day that I was in there, they had a mechanic quit and another fired. They were purposely sabotaging vehicles. Went to get my front end alignment fixed, it was nothing but a death trap afterwards. I wouldn’t trust these people to fill my washer fluid.

Will never ever go back to them again I brought my car to them in July 2025 paid them off in oct, they still working on my vehicle and it’s now going on February 2026. Wouldn’t even refund me my money. Butoffers to give the car as is. Paid $750 for windows that they said they would get done, they fix my back window not the side nor the front windshield plus the $4200 for engine now I have to come out of more money because these guys claiming I had a new engine which turns out to be my old one. Plus saying I can’t get a warranty because it’s under new management and because the old owner got paid the new owner didn’t.I’m so sick of this shop I’m starting to just call authorities to just give me my car as is.mind you the shop in the background not who I took it too I originally brought it to auto tech they took my vehicle without my notice I had to track my car. They took my vehicle to Motown on green field but no one would tell me where my car was even Kept going with the lie after I found out my self where my car was. The owner saying he came out of $10000. Because he never got paid for the job. He doing me a favor. The things I needed was no where near $10000+ the damage that’s been done to my vehicle. The front bumper,driver fender, and driver head light is all I needed to finish off once I got my baby back running.I’ll stick to who I always go to Redford auto on telegraph they treat you way better even though they can be expensive. But it can be worth it.💔
