gave me a defective part and did not want to refund my money, my car almost over heated, the boss there is very rude about it The check does not say $106 that is not what I was refunded, it says $60, and spent $220 with ya'll when I was told $210, and my car was overheating and I was no where near ya'll, I had to spend money I did not have. This is very frustrating when the proof was brought to you

Until today my wife's SUV was not fixed We pay for replacing the motor and the motor coming defected We already take to the shop 4 times and is still the same problem very bad communication, never answers the phone, At the end of the day, the warranty didn't work because we had to pay for engine repairs and the engine was supposed to have a 6-month warranty The engine light is on to the end We are thinking of doing something legal because we definitely paid and the engine was never repaired.

Honest, Reliable and Great Customer Service: It is hard to find a Mechanic shop were you can feel that they know what they are doing and that they are not going to overcharge you. At AtoZ i feel sure that my car will be fix correctly and I will get an honest price. I live in plano, and gladly drive to AtoZ to get my car needs taken care of. Went in this morning, he looked at my car and told me in less than 5 minutes what the issue was. Not sure what he's name was, but he is always so helpful!. Mike is an incredible, honest, professional, knowledgeable mechanic! He and his crew are friendly, efficient, reasonable and personable. I was often afraid that I would be given 15 other things that “needed” to be done when going to a mechanic as a woman. I don't agree with the bad reviews about A to Z Car Care being crooks. My experience was great! After getting a very pricey quote from another mechanic, I decided to get a second opinion. A to Z was referred to me by a friend and I am so glad they did. Mike contradicted the diagnosis from the other mechanic. And he was right! The other mechanic said that I needed a new power steering rack. That wasn't the problem at all. Mike had my car fixed same day saving me a ton of money and frustration.
