Really had a good experience here. These guys were really kind and I felt they were trustworthy. I came in for some help with my brakes. They gave me a quote and explained everything that needed repaired. It ended up being a pretty bad problem that needed a lot of work. The quote was slightly on the higher end compared to other quotes I got but it was worth it to me for the speed and the customer service. Will definitely come back!

I recently brought my car into A1 Auto for some repairs and was incredibly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was quickly greeted by Henry, the lead mechanic, who took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and explain exactly what needed to be done. Henry's knowledge and expertise was immediately apparent. He walked me through the recommended repairs in an easy to understand way, never using any confusing technical jargon. I could tell he genuinely cared about getting my car back on the road safely. The quote he provided was more than fair, and he even found a way to save me money on a couple of the parts. Throughout the repair process, Henry kept me updated on the status and never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. When I picked up my car, it was clear they had taken excellent care of it. The repairs were completed to perfection, and my vehicle was running better than ever. I was incredibly impressed by the level of service I received from Henry and the entire team at A1 Auto. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone in need of auto repairs. I came in for a 30 mile service for my Audi. Was charged just slightly less then what I got quoted at Audi, but still went with it because I wanted to save at least something, but that was a mistake. When I picked up my car, they said “the service due light in your car is not gonna go away” when I asked why, he said it’s because they’d have to check the breaks too in order for the light to go away. So what did I just pay you for? Then, they handed me a list of things I need to get done on my car. They quoted me $1300 for breaks?! I guess because I’m a female they don’t feel bad charging me so much. Today I went somewhere else and paid HALF THE PRICE!! Now I have to go to Audi and pay for the 30k mile service AGAIN, to get the actual service done. Feels like I just paid them $270 for a simple oil change.

My car was well overdue for an oil change, and I'm so happy I had such a great experience at A1! I'd had mixed experiences in the past with auto repair shops - as a young woman, it can be frustrating dealing with macho male mechanics who don't take me seriously and try to overcharge me in hopes that I won't notice. I'm very grateful that Sako was not like this. He was kind, respectful, helpful, and efficient with servicing my vehicle. Of the multiple auto repair shops I tried calling in the area, he was the only person who actually picked up and was able to give me an exact quote on the spot. About an hour after dropping off my car, Sako called me to let me know that they were almost finished, and he also mentioned that my air filters could use a change. I let him know that I had only budgeted for the oil change this time around, and he was very respectful of my decision and didn't try to push me. The price for the oil change was very reasonable - it was about the same price as other places I'd gone to in LA years ago, which is impressive given the inflated cost of living these days. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at A1 Complete Auto Repair, and I am already planning on going back to get my air filters changed. Macho men, take notes: treating women with respect and honesty goes a long way with winning our loyalty.
