I had an appointment for an oil change on a specific date 1/23 at 10:00. When I got there I was told it was 1/24 at 9:00 and I would need to come back. I had verified the appointment twice. No sympathy at all. Just you will need to come back. I did not and am cancelling my AAA.

Absolutely amazing experience here. My car had an oil leak, plus a squeaky belt, brought it into this AAA for repairs, turns out I needed new struts as well, and the oil leaks were coming out of several different locations. After the repairs had been completed, they said to bring it back in for a checkup in a few weeks to make sure all the leaks had been taken care of, no additional cost. I brought it back in, and it had yet another leak. So after more repairs, another free checkup was offered. I brought it in today, and finally no more leaks, car is running beautifully again. Definitely amazed that the shop offered to let me bring the car back in twice for free, no shop I've ever been to has done that. Also, after today's final checkup, I saw a brand new oil sticker on the windshield! They gave me a free oil change with the last checkup. Could not have asked for a better experience. Special shout out to Matt as well, he has been my main point of contact throughout this process, and he has been incredible as well. From keeping me up to date, finding all available discounts, he's been solid. Thanks everyone for your amazing work!

I was warned by the tow truck driver not to take my car to AAA service center because they were so slow. I went anyway and had a horrible experience. Replaced my tires but broke my shifter column and said they'd fix it. The employee I was working with was fired and no one knew what to do to fix it because the boss was on PTO. When he returned they finally fixed it. They could've had it done earlier but didn't even check it out. The whole process took over a week. I'll never go to another AAA service center again.

Being a member since 2018, I thought I was a valued member. This location has a new staff so nothing was the same. My routine oil change took an hour & 20 minutes. No discount was applied (other staff always applied discounts for me) When driving away, my car started squealing, turns out the technician applied the emergency brake . When checking the wiper blades, they left streaks running down the windshield . Did not provide an itemized list of maintenance, when asked about it, they were going to get it for me, however because the service took so long & I was running late, had them email it to me . This visit was not a good experience & left me feeling discouraged

I first had my experience with this shop when the drive axle on my van broke. I had AAA tow it there not knowing what to expect. After getting a detailed damage report and calling around for estimates at other places, they had the best price and fastest turnaround of any one. I was so pleased with their service and prices, I had my van suspension fixed there a month later. Jason and Scott are the bomb. Thanks guys.

I’m a AAA member and I LOVE that this place is a third party DMV. It works out nicely for me because I can come here and get my car registered and then get it insured all at the same place! Definitely worth being a AAA member to use this facility instead of waiting in the long lines at the normal DMV. 4 stars because I’ve always waited a long time to see an insurance agent after I get my car registered, and I wish I could schedule oil changes for the day of....normally you have to be scheduled out a few days. I’d like to bring my business here instead of Jiffy Lune for my oil changes. Overall a fantastic place that I will definitely keep using!

First couple of times I went they were curtious and efficient but every time after has been an expensive and inefficient disaster, with them leaving my car with new issues every time it left. Last time, they left my air pump line disconnected and I'm just so over coming there.

The employees at the AAA shop were very considerate, kind and competent. They replaced my fuel pump and fuel filter in a timely fashion so that I wouldn't be without a vehicle. They did a full evaluation so that we can decide what gets fixed next. I will have no qualms taking my car to them for repair.

I trust AAA service repairs & their warranty. They communicate well & endeavor to complete work in a timely manner. However, they do charge maximum rates & charge full "book" rates even if it doesn't take them that amount of time. Any discount is nice, but it's wiped out but excessive pricing. In future I will shop rates on the front end for comp services. Because I had to have my car flatbedded to their facility, I decided to leave it there for repairs.

We canceled our AAA membership after 24 years. We brought in our vehicle for repairs and it was misdiagnosed by the mechanics so we ended up paying for mechanical work that was unnecessary and didn't resolve the issue. After bringing the vehicle back to them, they misdiagnosed it again, but the quote was so high we didn't have the work done. No refunds offered for the unnecessary work.
