If I could give this wonderful place 1000 stars I would! I was having a hesitation/skipping sensation while driving my car, I was recommended to go to a a certain place in Norwalk by someone but I did my research and decided to go with this amazing place!! I was nicely greeted by the kindest woman at the desk, Clara! She took my information and a few minutes later the owner Steve introduced himself, shaking my hand and immediately took my car for a test drive, unfortunately I had an issue with the engine misfiring, so I left my car overnight and the next day Clara called me and explained that rodents had got into my engine and eaten through my coils, I needed all 4 coils and spark plugs, not a cheap job but it had to be done! She nicely gave me a discount as I was a retired nurse! I have had a really bad year financially so I was so grateful! When I picked up the car, Steve went over everything with me, gave me tips on what to do to prevent these rodents from getting into my engine again! I cannot express enough how absolutely grateful I am to Steve and Clara for going above and beyond to help me! They are my Christmas Angels! Best mechanic shop in the area hands down! Moving forward my car will be brought to them for all my car needs! Thank you Steve, Clara and Alanna for your kindness, support and compassion! Today was a blessed day as I gained 3 new friends who feel like family now! For all those out there who need car repairs, this is the number 1 place to go!!

Finally a car repair place with integrity, I took in my car and they had it for 2 hours to look into a check engine light . I was in a panic because my skid plate was hanging on for dear life and I didn’t know if it would be a quick fix or come with a hefty price tag. The owner Steve stopped what he was doing, got my baby up on the lift and had his guys reattach it. A nod and a handshake and I was on my way! They just earned a new customer!
