Very nice and professional staff, i was told yo leave my vehicle for a day since it would take a while to assess the damage to my cvt transmission, when picking it up i was giving upfront pricing and also a honest assessment, i appreciate a up front and honest business. Definitely recommend.

Unbelievable service, I was under a crunch to get my Ram 3500 dually’s pinion seal replaced as the family was headed out on a 3000 mile trip to see the grandkids in Colorado and Dustin came through. I had been to 4 other shops including the dealership and none could even get the parts, let alone get it done in 2 days. Then I found Aamcc with Dustin and his team. Done right at a great price and delivered when promised. This will be my first call going forward when the need for any service arises.

Just came to see how much of an improvement this AAMCO should be making after blaming everything on one employee but seems that most customers are still getting the same issues I had to deal with. Over a year ago. Still unpleasant. Still unprofessional. Constantly having to call. Car doesn’t get looked at for days in. They do work without your permission. And you get charged for work that doesn’t even get properly done. And from the looks of it I think customers get some racial profiling from these so called overly privileged people… I hope Andy’s gone. Take your vehicles elsewhere folks. 😌

Avoid at all costs. The 4 people at the desk is an idiot. Their mechanic breaks my car while ‘diagnosing’ it which was just him slamming the car into gears nonstop while his foot was floored on the pedal. Now the transmission is out. Save your time and go to the transmission plus down the road. Awful establishment. EDIT: After an entire day without hearing back from them I finally was given a quote for 9 THOUSAND yes you heard that right, 9 THOUSAND DOLLARS to REBUILD not REPLACE but REBUILD the transmission on a 11 year old car and that it will take an entire MONTH to fix. What working individual can afford not to have a car ontop of paying close to 10 grand to fix a 10 year old car. they quoted me this ridiculous number by only looking at my car for 5 minutes and GUARANTEEING that my transmission is bad. I took my car up the road to a transmission shop and within a DAY they determined what was wrong, a piece inside the transmission. They replaced it in a day for 500$. And before the idiot owner replies to this review saying ‘you get what you paid for’. The shop I took my car has infinitely higher ratings from Google, YELP and the BBB. Take your car somewhere else.

I arrived letting them that someone recommended me, and they look at my car for 5 mins. Telling me it’s the transmission. Nothing more, nothing less. I was told that I was going to get a call later that day and I didn’t get a call until a day and a half later. I had to call them reminding them who I was because apparently they didn’t remember me and their manager wasn’t there. Not only that, they tell me that to just have it rebuilt it was over $10k and they looked at my car just for 5 mins. How, just how? The people I spoke with talked to me like they had amnesia and kept talking over me when I’m obviously upset of how I was being treated. I went somewhere else and they looked into my car very thoroughly and it turns out it wasn’t the transmission, it was something else that’s affecting it. Don’t waste your time here unless you feel like cussing them out. That’s all.
