My first experience with Aaron auto glass was when I called to get a quote for my broken windshield in which the lady was very sweet and patient with me while I told her the details. When I went in to get it replaced, the ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. They are upfront with everything; price, labor and after care. The price was very reasonable but I will say the wait time is quite long. It’s understandable considering the time of day I went so I wasn’t too deterred by it. While I was waiting, I heard the receptionists take call after call and answer every question a customer had with patience and respect. Definitely worth coming here!

took my wife's car to get windshield chip filled. complained to guy it doesn't look like anything was done to it. he said sometimes chip stays same. Fast forward few months later. chip turned into a crack. took it back and the guy admitted it doesn't look filled but there's nothing they can do since it was past the 3 month warranty. so they stole $45 and tank of gas. save your money and spend $130 at professionals. Now I'm out $1200 to replace windshield

They had the rear glass in stock for my off-road vehicle and the price was reasonable. It took less than an hour. The ladies checking me in were courteous. The waiting area was clean and well kept. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Called ahead and verified they had my window in stock. Drove 3 hours to Chicago, spent 20 minutes getting my back window put in, paid $133.58. (2015 Dodge Journey)In my neck of the woods, the cheapest quote I got was $300.00!! This place is first come, first served. I worried about that. But, they have several working in the shop. 3-4 wonderful young ladies in the office speaking English and Spanish. This place was rolling vehicles through! Best experience in a long time. I can feel very comfortable with highly recommending them.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Aaron’s! Unfortunately, my sunroof shattered during some stormy weather. I had some confusing and annoying issues with my car insurance, and they actually provided me with Aaron’s information on a list of approved glass auto body shops. Although I did not end up going through insurance and my car insurance carrier was difficult to work with in regards to the sunroof, I still decided to go with Aaron’s and I am so glad I did! My insurance told me they couldn’t cover the sunroof replacement unless I waited 2 weeks to 5 months for the glass. Since it was during some rainy and stormy weeks in Chicago, I didn’t want to wait that long for a new part from Honda and risk interior damage from the weather. Aaron’s helped me find a used part VERY quickly. They gave me an estimate of around 2 weeks, and within 24 hours, they called me back and said the part was already in! The women at the front desk/office are incredibly sweet and nice—I was very impressed with their professionalism and service. They even knew it was me when I walked in, because I had called so many times earlier in the week! They were very patient and understanding. It’s so common to experience poor customer service these days, and Aaron’s really impressed me with how amazing their customer service is. The mechanics were also great—quick, efficient, and very professional and respectful. It is obvious this is likely a family owned business! I drive a 2012 Honda CR-V with almost 150,000 miles on it. It is definitely a “city car” with a lot of cosmetic body damage. I often have negative experiences at auto shops because the mechanics and staff often try to pressure me to pay for additional work due to having an older vehicle with a bunch of scratches and dents. Aaron’s didn’t attempt to upsell me or convince me to pay for any additional repairs, and the mechanic who worked on my car was very respectful and kind about being transparent with the other (unrelated) damage—no one tried to make me feel bad or get me to pay for additional labor I can’t afford. They order used parts, and I really appreciate places that offer used and after-market parts like Aaron’s. I do not make very much money, and this is a great place if you are on a budget and/or experiencing an unexpected repair like glass replacement. The pricing was very fair, and they were incredibly transparent about the costs upfront. I ended up paying the exact amount they estimated before they even ordered the glass for me. It was also super fast and efficient! I often have issues with car places due to having an unconventional work schedule and two jobs, but I loved the ease and hours/availability at Aaron’s. It was great that I didn’t have to make an appointment and come at a specific time, and it also did not take long at all. They were honest about the time frame estimate, but I was in and out and paid in under one hour on a Friday morning a couple hours after they opened. It was definitely a bit busy, but they were so fast and efficient—truly a wonderful, easy, and pain-free experience! This is a very honest shop and the prices are very fair. They did not make me feel uncomfortable at all as a woman who knows very little about cars and drives an older, beat up car with high mileage. I am extremely impressed and would 100% come back if I needed them again. I will recommend Aaron’s to everyone I know moving forward! Great experience and absolutely wonderful employees here!

Good place to go for glass been going there for years. The only problem this time was I sent my wife to have my front windshield to be replaced. They scratched the top of my roof. the worker took my wife to show her the scratches on the car .but never menchion that he scratched the top of the roof. He tried to distract her form the damage he caused.. good thing my wife noticed and pointed out the damage was not there when she brought the car in. She called me and took pictures and asked me if the scratch was there already. I let her know that was not there and the damage looked so fresh it was just done. The manager came over and looked at the dame and took responsibility. They told my wife they wood call me to set up to repair the damage. A week went by and no call. I had to call them I think that was very unprofessional for a business. They probably thought I would forget but I didn't. But at end they did repair the damage.

Last two times I bring in my car to get chip filled it turns into a crack. Last time my husband complained that it didn’t even looked filled to which they replied it can look like that sometimes. It always minimizes the look of the chip but both times the chip looked the same it turned into a crack. They are scammers now. Avoid at all costs

I had my passenger window and my windshield replaced. They did it so fast and they were able to save my city sticker and put it on the new windshield. They are fantastic.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I came in with a leaking sunroof on my BMW after another shop in the city tried to take advantage of me. They told me the drains were broken, that they had to take apart the entire sunroof, and wanted to charge me almost $1,000 for the job. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion and came here. They were incredibly honest and respectful. They took the time to explain what was really going on. The drains were not broken at all — they were simply clogged. Instead of turning it into a big, expensive problem, they cleaned everything, made sure the system was working properly, and fixed the issue in less than an hour and a half. The total cost? $175. That’s a huge difference compared to the $980 the other shop wanted to charge me for something unnecessary. I left feeling grateful and impressed. Honest mechanics are rare these days, but they truly care about their customers. They treated me with respect, fixed the issue quickly, and saved me a lot of money. If you want a shop that will tell you the truth, do the work right, and not rip you off, this is the place you can trust. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I brought my car to this shop to have the side window replaced. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was informed that the window could not be rolled down due to its recent installation. Additionally, I was advised that the car window regulator needed to be replaced and that I should purchase the part and return for the repair( this was a lie, they broke it). Regrettably, I encountered several issues. The window became stuck in a partially open position, leaving a small gap that allowed wind to enter the vehicle. Seeking a resolution, I took my car to my mechanic, who discovered that the entire repair had been mishandled. Furthermore, a piece of wood had been used to hold the components together, which is concerning. Not only were the charges for the repair excessive, but the quality of the window replacement was bad. I hope that this feedback will help prevent similar issues for other customers. I would not recommend this place. The pictures shows what my mechanic discovered upon further inspection.

i’m sitting here in the waiting room as i write this . i was recommended by a guy i found on craigslist who did the body work on my flatbed tow truck . i called them first , they had to confirm they could get the glass . while they were checking i called another place who cold get it but not until jan 3. i called the place with the commercials and jingle and they couldn’t even do my work truck at all. the receptionist from Aaron’s called me back with a price $100 cheaper than the second place and they got me in SAME DAY. i can’t vouch for the work yet but they got me in asap and i’ll be back to work within 3 hours of making my first call . can’t really ask for much more .

Purchased a Cargo Van with no Windows in Dec 2024. Had Aaron Auto Glass put windows in the van for me shortly thereafter. At time of writing this review maybe its been a month to month and half after installation. Visually the windows look great from the outside, but I feel little details in the craftsmanship and process in the installation were lacking. The black window trim weather seal, I installed around the inside of the window to cover the jagged sharp edges of cutting into the van to make room for the windows. The main thing really bugged me is on half of the van, the special Acorn nuts that cover the screws were put almost on every screw on half the windows. The other half of the windows had maybe half the special acorn nut screw covers. (overall still maybe 30-40 acorn nuts missing) ( I sourced a few lack luster alternatives using spacers/washers but it looks bad) A couple days after installation I called back asking about getting the additional screws covered with the acorn nuts and was kind of dismissed saying "they are not functional with holding the windows in place" or something along those lines. But that was not why I wanted them. I wanted the exposed 1/2" of the screw to not be a sharp snag point or danger when loading stuff in/out of the van. The reason I am writing this review now is I have spent time looking to find these specialized metric size 4 acorn nuts to cover these open screw ends, and I cannot find them anywhere. No local Home Depots, Menards, or Ace Hardware's have them at this size. 2 Different Mechanic Shops have no idea how to find them. And I have scoured the likes of ebay, amazon, and other specialized auto /window shops online, as well as having a "Car guy" friend not have any luck with sourcing these nuts (size M4 Acorn nut, about 1/2" in size). A specialized piece like these nuts should have been on every screw that was used, Functional or not. They put one on about 2/3 to 3/4 of all the screws. Should have been all.

You cannot beat the prices they have, most other places charge 2 to 3x as much for the same work. Will never go anywhere else but Aaron's for auto glass. And the beautiful ladies working the office are especially informative and extremely nice.
