I can’t say enough great things about Aaron’s Car Care! Mike and his team handled maintenance and service on three of our vehicles back to back, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First and foremost, their speed was incredible. Even with multiple vehicles scheduled consecutively, everything was completed quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. It’s rare to find a shop that can move that fast while still delivering such careful, specialized work. Their expertise really stood out. Each vehicle had different needs, and the team demonstrated deep knowledge and attention to detail with every service. Matty took the time to explain what was needed, what was completed, and even Mike offered helpful recommendations for future maintenance. It’s clear they take pride in doing the job right. I took our car in for a routine oil change. On the way to the shop I heard a noise coming from the rear. Upon arriving at the shop, I discovered a very long nail in the tire that was hitting the mud flap. I explained the situation to Maddie & asked to get the service done quickly so I could get to the tire shop to have the tire fixed. When I went to pick up the car, I was told it had been determined that the nail had not pierced the tire and had been removed. I appreciate the extra service that saved me time going and waiting at the tire store.

I moved to Palm Coast recently and I need an oil change and check to make sure everything was good. My car 7 years old . But I came back here because of not just awesome service but the customer service and attention made it worth it. Thank you again so much. I was hearing an odd noise in my engine . I called Aaron's and the got me right away. Found the issue and it was resolved in less than 2 hours and prices are extremely reasonable. . All employees are so courteous and friendly. I would recommend you to come here . Thank you, I was so relieved it wasn't a major problem. I called on Wednesday and got to bring my car in on Thursday. My A/C was running warm. I love that it is a family run business and they truly care about making the customers happy. They have excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much.

Finding a good mechanic.... Trustworthy mechanic is often difficult. I brought my car to Aaron's Car Care twice now. Mike and Maddy are awesome representatives. A communicate every step of the process. They supply detailed information regularly and excellent follow-up. In addition to calling regularly to communicate information they also send regular text messages and emails detailing the work and invoices. I wouldn't say it their pricing is the lowest, however I would determine it as fair... and coupled with their customer service and quick repair, I would definitely say that you get what you pay for. Most of all, after returning several months later, that was most pleased with how they remembered my name and information. I would recommend anyone to Aaron's Car Care.

Going through my wife's grandmother's glove compartment, I found an old receipt from this place. They charged her (an 84 year old) $250 to replace an interior door handle on a 2004 Toyota Corolla. It's a $13 part and takes 5 minutes to change. I just did the other one myself. That's just sad.

Went to have a oil leak checked. Estimate of $1,000. Supposedly needed new oil gasket. Found out later the bolts on the valve cover were hand tight. I won't return

My problem developed late last night and I called first thing this morning. The crew came and got my car right away and quickly figured out the problem. Took care of it in an efficient and cost effective manner. Also handled a couple of maintenance matters I had pending. Not only that, they identified a couple of areas to watch. Frankly it would have been an expensive fix. Other services would have no doubt said, “Let’s do this now.” Not Aaron’s. Michael and the crew said, honestly you’re good for another 15 to 20k miles. Let’s monitor it. No need to spend money until you have to. The vehicle is safe to drive and performs well. Trustworthy. They know their business. And they appreciate their customers. That kind of service, attention and attitude is rare these days. That’s why I and others will keep going back to Aaron’s Car Care!

I actively recommend Aaron's Car Care every chance I get. I have been a happy customer for years. I'd say I've gone from being a customer who enjoyed the friendly service to being a friend who knows someone in the auto care business. Best mechanic service I've ever had. UPDATE April 2024: Still love Aaron's - I recommend them enthusiastically. UPDATE December 2024: Quite a while ago Maddie and Michael took on day to day management at Aaron's, and service, quality, and value remain exceptional. I feel fortunate to have mechanics I trust implicitly. I'll add to this that one thing I particularly value is that I get advice on whether work needs to be done immediately or if it can wait. Aaron and the team provide me good information to make decisions that keep the car safe and protect our budget. Update July 25, 2025 - another great service experience. It's so reassuring to have a mechanic you know you can count on.

This is the place to go when your car won't go! I had my car towed to another shop where they kept it for a week, ordered a part, and then decided they could not do the job. I had it taken to AARONS on Monday and had it back before noon on Tuesday; with the problem identified and the correct part replaced. If you ever need repairs to your vehicle, take it to AARONS and they will treat you right and get you back on the road.

Excellent service, diagnosed my problem in minutes, explained the process and then provided me with an estimate. I agreed on Friday and brought the car in on Monday, Had the car back by 4 pm. no surprises just straight up this is what we are going to do, this is how much it costs and Done! Will be back for any other repair my car or my wife's car need in the future. Aaron and Rhoda are the nicest people I've had to deal with when it comes to car repairs and I can tell you they are way better than anyone I have talked to at dealerships. Far as I’m concerned they are the only mechanic in Jacksonville. They have maintained our fleet of vehicles for a couple of years now & always kept their word & done fantastic work. . We have also purchased a utility van from them that’s on the road daily and no problems. I will only take any of our vehicles to them.
