The staff at ABC Auto Repair is amazing and professional. I needed an AC repair done quickly on my 2007 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 during the summer time and they were able to schedule me in the same day! Kirill programmed the after blower feature to get rid of that nasty musty AC smell you get which was driving me crazy.

I had a 9am appointment and was informed the diagnostic and subsequent work on my rear differential may take a few hours to possibly all day. Three and a half hours later I asked if there are any updates. I was told they had not started because they had lift issues. Then why allow a 9am appt? Or not communicate the issue? I could understand the repair being difficult or parts needing to be brought in or my vehicle having bigger issues. If I didn't stay in the waiting room and notice nothing was being done would they still have charged me from the beginning of my appt?

More expensive than my go shop but seem honest. They text a repair quote asking approval, I did not. I went to them because they were avail next day confirming what I thought a faulty ac compressor- intermittent cold ac (June/July). Cool they provide carfax membership if you claim them as your default shop. This may explain the higher labor rate I’ve encountered by comparison at a couple of local shops. I may go back if in a pinch and re review work in the future.

Outstanding experience! Setting up the appointment online was easy, the vehicle check in was painless, they sent the work order link right to my phone with the price for me to approve or decline. They kept me updated with photos of my vehicle, the diagnostic, findings and work orders with prices (with tax) for me to approve or deny. (All on a link on my phone) They text me when my vehicle was done and the guy at the counter when I picked up my vehicle was awesome.

Never ever go here, they will trick you into signing a form after saying you have to pay at least half of the payment they fixed my friends car without the payment, told her her car was done but they never notified her now they are trying to sell her car. An atty has been notified about this matter.

Communication was very good, testing seemed thorough, knowledge and degree of information was far better than Greg's Japanese Auto, which was less than informative and sort of felt half effort. Did not follow through on their recommendation as yet but found their recommendations more reliable. Their AI answering system needs work 🙈 All in all a good experience. PS They had AAA/Costco membership discounts which were helpful, though had to verify application.

ABC Auto Repair tried to scam my mother in law out of $840 (not including tax) for a 2 hour diagnosis for her vehicle which was likely just her starter needing replacement. Not even Porsche charges that much for a diagnostic, my husband had been a service adviser for over 8 years. I highly recommend going anywhere else but here. Most shop rates are $120-$180/hr. Not $400/hour.

I wish I took my RV to them first, previous shop was waisting my money and couldn't pin point the problem, when ABC Auto Shop diagnose my engine that wasn't starting they were able to pin point the issue with a full report of other issues thay saw along the way, as soon as I gave them my permission to proceed my RV was fixed soon after without any issues and started right up!
