Got a quote from them in July for a truck top and paid it. Was told it’s a 14week wait. Longer than usual but no problem. It’s now end of December, 20 weeks later, and we haven’t heard from the vendor of SnugTop if it’s even made yet. I just got asked for my VIN again and I’m not sure what that means. I might cancel and go to a place with a different brand of tops. I feel that Above and beyond is a good company but they fall short at pushing vendors to keep dead lines. If the top shows up in a week I’ll add a star back to the review.

Robert towed my Jeep today (via AAA roadside service) and definitely went Above and Beyond! He noticed the issue I was having w my Jeep and helped me find a way to resolve it better than I could have on my own! I appreciate all the time he took and resources he used to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely would recommend this company based on Roberts service alone. First off I would have never choose them but this was a AAA tow. Set up about 10 ish am. Or so. First expected arrival was at 11:30. After requesting almost 6 updates. Finally cancels the tow at 4pm. They would not respond to my texts. I don’t know if it’s automated or what. But the shop I was trying to tow it to was not taking cars anymore that late. I was told we could try again the next day. I called this shop to verify the name as to not leave this on the wrong shop and all he said was you the guy for the tow. I told him I canceled it and my reasoning for calling and he just said ok and hung up. Or stopped talking. Either way they were done with me. After reading other reviews. I’m not alone. Thank god my kid or wife wasn’t on the side of the freeway. This shop is a joke.
