Upon arriving, Mikes shop looked like all ordinary repair shops. Mike even gave me the same mechanic mumbo jumbo and said my car would be done tomorrow (i didnt think that would have been true). After Mike repaired my 2004 Chevy Silverado and called me the next day he said my truck was ready and to my surprise my truck has never run better, and he was honest the whole way and even gave me a thurogh explanation of what was wrong and how he fixed it. his professionalism and buisness etiquette are immaculate, he has definitly become my new mechanic and i would recommend Absolute Auto to anyone and everyone.

Dishonest company that will make a joke out of their work. Broken tools left in the parts and does the bare minimum for you to get going. Let's put it this way I have had to do a tune up with ac delco plugs on a motor he installed with only 200 miles on the used motor and every Crack leaked. I also payed him to replace a/c compressor and found broken tools left in the socket. Pictures available if anyone wants to see them. Also when filling a compliant with bbb not only did he lie but he is also not accredited as far as I was able to see myself. Currently waiting on a call back from judge to see if she will hear the case.

Well We’ve been getting our cars serviced here for a while Beautiful Family, an business however last time I took my car in was told I’d need a engine was gonna cost 8k I got my car back put in spark plugs , and oil solenoid oil change , engine coolant flush and it’s good as new!! I’m actually drove it out of town !!! Like right now I just don’t get it 🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾

Great business, we had our air compressor fail driving through the pass enroute to Texas. They got us in right away, gave us straight answers and all of our possible options. Mike i met grand opening week of his business, i came in late one day with a car problem, and he said no problem, rushed the part right over i needed and took care of me. Since then i have taken my Jeep my Truck and friends cars no where else, nor will I. I always bring my cars here. On several occasions, Mike has found issues with my cars, called the dealerships, found out about warranty and had my cars taken to the dealership to have that work done for me for free. He easily could have done the work himself and charged me for it (I had no idea about the warranties). And, I'm not talking about small simple recalls. One was a full transmission on my 2007 Nissan Altima where the factory extended the warranty. It was several thousand dollars that he saved me and did not get paid for his time diagnosing, calling the dealer, transporting and notifying me. They are decent, honest and quick. They are also very reasonably priced. I recommend Absolute Auto to everyone who asks me about car repairs.

This is our first experience with Absolute Auto and Mike made us feel very at ease. We had an electrical issue with our daughter’s car and he was very up front and informative. He informed us if he could not diagnose the problem there would not be a charge and if he could fix the problem the diagnostics would come off the bill. He was very cordial, efficient and timely. We contacted at least three other businesses in Yakima and explained the situation. (Mike was not the cheapest if that is why you are thinking we elected to go with him.) They all seemed to be busy too busy and as if they did not need our business. * Glad that was the case, as we are very pleased and would recommend Absolute Auto to anyone that is in search of an honest and respectfully repair shop.

Our car Broke down in the middle of the night on the way home to Seattle. Did a lot of research on who to trust to toe the car to in the middle of the night, and absolute auto was who I chose based on reviews and pictures. Great experience. Got my car looked at in the morning, fixed by 1 o'clock pm and picked me up at my hotel to come get the vehicle. Best part!!! Great communication. Showed me exactly what broke, how they fixed it professionally. Very happy with the new owner "mike" and his wife :) Their technicians were very nice and took the time to talk us through the repair. That's great when it's a 400$ bill.

Worst car experience ever. Took them a month to diagnose and install a turbo, I had next day shipping for the turbo the day after I found out what was wrong. they try and say that the length of time was because of turbo being sent, truck starting leaking all over the place when I got the vehicle back. Took them a week to fix there own created leaks. A week after that truck has power steering leaks, and I replaced my lines a year ago. Don’t even want to bother taking my truck back there just a waste of time and money. Pic added of next day shipping. I had to show up everyday for them to finally finish the truck. And like I said I never had leaks and they created more problems. Stay far away!! Also had a wheel alignment through them and truck now pulls left. Go somewhere worth your time!

This guy did my Intoxalock, when taking it out this guy completely messed up the carpet in my Jeep. Untucking it from the edging and not fixing it. This guy gives zero Fs about your vehicle. Type of guy to break something and hide it from the owner. Good job putting it in probably because you have to go back there for business, but when business is done. So is his caring for your vehicle
