My truck has been at Beaumont radiator for over 6 months. I drove it over there and they did something to it were it won't even start now. Do not go to this place.

My experience was a little scary !! I called them for a quote on a price for a radiator and the labor they gave me one price and also stated it had a life time warranty. Once I arrived to the shop to drop off my vehcile , I verbally got a conformation on the price again . They called to inform me that my vehcile was ready and once I arrived to pick up my truck he began to type out the receipt he typed a different amount for the part , labor and the antifreeze ! So with this I questioned him and told him that was not the price's he quoted me . He then changed one of the price's .(which was the labor). Then as he printed the receipt the warranty ONLY said it was covered for 1 year and it had a 60 day labor coverage . I told him that he said it was a life time warranty and he then changed on my copy of the recieptit to a limited life time warranty. I checked the level of the anitfreeze before leaving and it was below the minimium amount.( which remember I paid them to fill it up). When I questioned him he stated that the fluids shifted when I started the truck ! He eased my concern and added some more coolant. So with this company please get everything in WRITING before you start your work ! I pray that hopefully I do not have any problems with my truck from this experince !!

Best mechanic in Beaumont. Sometimes takes a little longer than other shops, but it's well worth it for the high level of work done and the cost. Never charges for work that isn't done, and he shows me the bad parts he replaced when I come to pick up my car.

The owner is extremely professional and knows what he’s talking about, tells you what you absolutely need done and things that can wait. He also goes above and beyond to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. He even helped me in an emergency after hours. I’ve jumped around multiple mechanics looking for one I can trust to work on things I can’t. I will be returning. Fair price and got the job done at a fair time.

Jose, the guy was very rude to customers. I dropped my vehicle for a repair. He claimed that he ordered the parts and made me to wait almost for 20 days and didn’t hear back from him. On reaching he just denied that the parts are not yet delivered. He was very rude and assured to refund the amount. Cops came into picture and settled the issue. Although he refunded very less. Approx 10% of the total amount I paid. Do not recommend at all. Very very rude to customers.

Let me start by saying Consumer BEWARE! This review is to help others avoid what I've dealt with over the last couple weeks. If you do a little research you will find Accurate Automotive ( also known as accurate radiator or Beaumont radiator) has 2 complaints filed by previous customers with the Attorney general of Texas for consumer protection. There are also some Google and BBB reviews showing others who have had problems as well. Sadly, I didn't know anything until I started to have issues with the mechanic, and did a few searches for myself. I had used this mechanic Jose Rodriguez three times prior and had no issues. This is the reason why I felt safe taking my vehicle to have it worked on at his establishment. I have used this mechanic in the past and had no problems, but this time was very unhappy with the turnout. I started off by having to pay cash for the parts which is fine, the very next day I received my vehicle paid for labor and my vehicle seem to be running just fine. I had to have my alternator replaced and a belt tensioner. 2 days later I've got warning lights popping up on the dashboard, I take it back to the mechanic he reassures me that it's covered under warranty he's going to change out the alternator states that sometimes these parts can be defective. He replaces the alternator in a quick time frame I leave a happy customer, however my car has warning lights on the dashboard again 2 days later. This time he informs me that he has to talk to the auto parts store to get a refund or have them order a brand new alternator from the dealership. This took several days it interrupted my work schedule, I was left without a vehicle he stated that he had a new alternator in hand would finish my vehicle as soon as possible but stopped communicating properly and started to show untrustworthy behaviors. After the 13th day I had to go in person because he would not answer my calls or respond to my text messages, I find out that he has gotten a refund from the parts store tells me that he has the alternator from the dealership in hand however in person could not show me that he actually had the alternator could not even show me a receipt, I let myself into his shop to go straight to my vehicle pop the hood only to find there is no alternator whatsoever in the car. He keeps telling me that he has the alternator however refuse to show it to me or the receipt , told me that I call him too much more than his own wife, demands that I am not to call him again until 5:00pm that day that he would have everything finished, I received text messages from him at 3:45 p.m. with pictures showing that he had completed the job and the car was ready to go but he demanded that I'm not show up a minute before 5:00 p.m. To pick up my vehicle which is deliberately causing me more time lost and inconveniences. In those text messages he used very foul language made accusations that I was accusing him of being a liar, but hey if the shoe fits wear it! I never called him a liar I just asked for him to show me proof that he did indeed have the alternator and he could not. So this must be his own conscience. There's so many more details and not enough space on this Google review to add them all. When you offer a warranty on your work the customer that's paid in full should have first priority over any other new customer. It seems this guy is very overwhelmed with his workload, and has the tendency to juggle his customers around. What he should have done is bought the new alternator himself and dealt with the auto parts store in his own time. That would have been the honest thing to do. He should have completed this in a timely manner and not been a difficult person to deal with or contact. He should have thought of the situation he was putting me into having to wait on him to complete the warranty work. He was paid in full on the 1st alternator on August 14th. My vehicle went into the shop August 13th of 2024 and was in and out of his possession until yesterday August 28th 2024.

Mr.Jose you have had my truck for sometime. The truck was bought in for a brake job. During this time you and your employee damage my truck. In which you promised to repair it at no cost to me. But each time ,when I caught you open. You used the same reasons for not completing the work on my truck. Now you will not return my calls. The vehicle is a vial means of transportation for my family. Jose you said you are a family man and believe in helping families thur your business. But Jose you have neglected to return my truck.
