There are not enough stars for this review or words of praise for William. I was driving in August in the Deep South and the AC went out. Not only no ac, but the engine was blowing ridiculously hot air on the my feet, in addition to the natural misery of August in Mississippi!! This was not the AC on top of an RV, for the living space, but the one related to the engine area up front, the AC in the driver area. After many calls to find anyone to help, someone put me in touch with William. Thank goodness. He was extremely responsive and came to see us that same evening. William absolutely knows his way around an engine, and AC in particular. Unfortunately for all concerned, we had shoddy repair work done in AZ, which added to the complexity of the job. William fixed it all. He was knowledgeable, answered any and all questions in plain language and showed us the problems, and described the solutions. He kept us updated every step of the way. This mess took days to fix, mostly due to getting parts on Labor Day Weekend ~ did I forget to mention that? He was doing all this on a holiday weekend!! The person I was with had to go home for a family emergency. On that day, William stayed until midnight to ensure I could get on the road to go home as well. He would not leave me stranded or facing a drive through the south with no AC, which is medically dangerous for me. He took such great care of me, all while being the best mechanic I’ve ever met. His prices were fair, his knowledge impeccable, and his professionalism beyond any I have experienced in decades. If you need the type of work he does, stop looking and hire this man. He is the absolute best in every way!! You will only be sorry if you go with someone else. You will not regret hiring the best. 5 million stars ⭐️

I full time RV and had an issue with my rig starting when I was ready to move to my next destination. We called this company later in the afternoon after trying multiple things to start it. Will came out on Sunday and worked the entire day to try to help us. Long story short through diagnosis it was the huei pump. Will stuck it out the whole week and got us on the road. To anyone using this review to help them make an informed decision on who to call DO NOT HESITATE! He is fair and honest. Everyone in this life style has been taken advantage of on the road. He will not do that. Happy travels

On my way home from Texas back to Florida, my check engine light came on as I was just a few miles into Mississippi. I got off I-10 at the first exit I could…it was basically in the middle of no where! After contacting my OnStar, they gave me a couple of mobile mechanics to call. I called ACTL and was fortunate enough to get William, after explaining what was going on with my car he was willing to come out right away even though he was about 30 miles away and it was already dark . But, we agreed for him come out the next day, as I was lucky enough to be near the one and only hotel and got a room for the night. This wonderful man was there the next morning which was a Sunday, and ran diagnostic tests find the problem. After getting the parts that were needed he had my car fixed and me back on the road, I had 583 miles to go to get back home and Thanks to William, I arrived back home safely! I highly recommend ACTL and of course William, he was very professional and explained everything that was going on with my car. He truly was a Godsend!

Traveled from Louisiana to Gulfport and my truck ended up throwing a belt. I called actl on Saturday morning around 11:30 am. He was one of the best mechanics on the coast that I’ve ever dealt with! He was very honest and straight up from the very beginning. He was able to pin point exactly what the problem was and within a few hours I received a call back from him saying that my truck was ready for pickup! The price was extremely reasonableI and now I am back on the highway rocking and a rolling and couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome! I would recommend Mr. Will for any and all of my mechanical needs from here forward and would most definitely recommend him to anyone else that prefer an honest, genuine and most importantly….reasonable guy to work on their automotive. Our diesel pusher motorhomes air brakes began losing air when the brake pedal was pressed. Called this company and William was out in 90 minutes and diagnosed the problem. I'm very particular about who does work on my car. ACTL FAR exceeded my expectations, i'm including photos from before and after the accident, and then the body work ACTL did. First two are before accident, second two are after accident, last two are after ACTL got me rolling again. They came out to pretty much the middle of nowhere to fix my car. I asked for bare bones if they could save whats left of my hood and change my radiator for now (they also pulled a ruptured battery out) they made sure i had coolant and told me about low transmission fluid as well! Answered all of my questions while i hovered, and were very fast and effective, will be using them again, and can hands down reccomend!

William Frazier, thank you very much for the work you did. My 2021 Volvo truck was stranded yesterday due to an air compressor failure. He arrived within 30 minutes around 6 AM, diagnosed the problem correctly, and when the Volvo parts store opened in the morning, he came to get the necessary part and completed the job. The price was very reasonable and didn't bother me. I recommend it to everyone. My team drivers and I were very pleased.
