Dealership prices are always higher than a local shop but for some jobs, the expertise is really just too hard to beat. Not to mention, I’ve found that the service agent named Wilson is an especially good communicator and treats the cases with a fairness and hustle that goes above and beyond what I get at most other service-oriented businesses that I patronize. He does also seem to understand that people have financial constraints and he dos his best to help prioritize the issues and advise about cost saving strategies over the lifetime of your vehicle. Also, the car usually comes home crispy clean and shiny and they help a lot with the logistics of Ubers and loaners. I’d recommend this place.

I came for the tire replacement service. It was pretty cool to watch the video where a mechanic shows and explains the state of the driving system and brakes from a down-to-up view, while recommending to schedule upcoming maintenance service. The waiting room is nice and comfortable.

Our steering wheel started vibrating when we went on the highway. I pulled over and we called Anthony. He first had me check for snow around the wheels and axils. I did and said I founf none. Anthony said it may be the wheels need aligment and balacing. We took the car to Acura and right away Anthoney took the car on a test drive and did notice the vibrations. He said he would first make sure the snow was not the problem. He the came out to the waiting area and gave us the price of the wheel aligment and said he would see to it that it was done roght away. Atfer the alingment Anthoney again took it for a test drive and sure enough the vibrations were gone. Two things. First we greatly appreciated the extra mile that Anthoy went.
