Your experience will be based on how knowledgeable the person who waits on you is. You might go there and have a five-star experience or you might go there and have a two-star experience. Not the friendliest employees either. Sorry guys, quit treating us as if we are interrupting your day.

Horrible place and horrible employees. One guy just sitting on the stool and looking at his phone, one guy no help and one other guy who can't figure out where my order is even with my name and tracking info. Complete Waste of Time and Never Got My Order, But Plenty of Rude Attitude Instead🙄

If your going to the location on Vine Street you'll love the manager here, her name is Dustin! Save your receipts because they have the best parts in the industry and you're gonna need it to get the next one from warranty. Pretty easy process of picking up an online order, but the employee I worked with seemed a bit annoyed to do the battery installation for me (a free service they offer). Not a huge deal but I probably won't go back there because of this experience. There's too many competitors nearby for me to waste my time going somewhere like that.

I went to this store to get a headlight replaced in my car. The man working there said he was alone and could not go outside to install the headlight. He then asked for the make and model of my car. Obviously I do not know how to install a headlight or I would not ask someone to do it for me and I am not understanding his logic. Buying a new headlight does not work unless it is installed right? After taking a minute to think about how buying a headlight from this store would benefit me I said never mind. The salesman did mention there was an auto repair shop next door like I couldn't read that sign or something. I think there would be less missed opportunities for this business if they scheduled more than 1 employees also if the employee couldn't help me could he recommend another store that could instead of an auto repair garage that would charge a lot of money. I ended up driving to Danville where I live, going to O'Reillys, where I gave a large tip to the young man who replaced my head light.

***WARNING**** This place is a den of thieves. I bought a new alternator and battery from this location and unfortunately for me I did not look at the alternator at the time of purchase because why would I, its a brand new one. Got home installed the "New" alternator, yes it did look used, but that's pretty normal for older vehicles, aka refurbished. After driving to work and having my truck die in my work parking lot, I had to call my wife to come jump me, and then i missed a day of work to figure out how i can get this situation resolved. I went to EXCHANGE the one i bought for another that worked and the SAME SALES PERSON MATT!!! Said that he did not sell me this alternator, so 1. I was called a liar, and 2. it was the exact one he sold me. I hope this post saves someone the head ache that i am currently going through. I have talked to their General Manager there Shelby, and their supervisor of customer service at Corporate, and now waiting to hear back from their VP. This has been the biggest head ache i have ever experienced. IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Save yourself from this headache or double check that the alternator works by testing it right there at the store. Again, this place is a den of thieves ill never do business here again.

Stopped in to get a few parts to fix up the ol truck, mainly because I didn't feel like driving across town to the other auto parts store. The service guy was nice and had s good amount of knowledge, the store was clean, but the prices were kinda high. If I wasn't in a lazy mood, I wouldn't of gone here, but still got what I needed.

Bought two brand new rear hub bearings. Both were defective. Went to Advance…tested two more and one of those was also defective. Had to go to another store altogether to get a bearing that wasn’t defective. Never again….ill stick with NAPA.

We just left this store. Our serpentine belt broke on us. We stopped for the belt and Jordan, a literal angel, helped me put it on our equinox. And the equinox belt is no joke. He was amazing to my wife and son. He went above and beyond what is expected. We got back on the road thanks to him without having to get towed an hour home.

Both Scott & Misty were both very helpful! I had a battery warrantee replacement. Misty made sure the warranty went through & Scott worked in the bitter cold for around 15 minutes to get the battery replaced, which is particularly difficult in my vehicle. Both were exceptional! On a separate visit to purchase anti-freeze the associate Rowen was also helpful and friendly. I have never had a bad experience at this store.

Went in for a low beam and some windshield wipers. The lady behind the desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and even came out to help me put both on in 23 degree weather!! She didn't have to do that at all but was so sweet and helpful!! I will definitely be back! Top ⭐ customer service!!
