I live in Florida I had car trouble and these untrusting a holes made me purchase a tire iron rather lend me on either from there store tools or there personal cars I was a long way from home very little money and needed a little help I received zero from these people and I ran out of money before I made it home and had to panhandle for gas money I could have had someone send me money threw western Union but I only needed the amount I paid for a tire iron

Went in to get a belt matched up, but the guys waiting on me were totally incompetent. After 20 minutes they gave me a belt and said it looked close. I asked if they had measured the old belt and they said the belt measuring device they had was broken. I ended up having to make another trip to a different store in Jefferson to actually get the correct belt! Next time I need auto parts. & I am in Gainesville, I'll just go to Slacks, I know they know how to measure a belt!

Poor staff. I come to return my items. They look like don’t want to take my items back. The items still in box but the lady she look at me look like i used already. She asking me why and she call another man come to check my items. Hello lady it still in box not open yet and that is clear box you can see anything in the box. What wrong with you. And the way she talk to me like she doesn’t want to do it for me. And both of them talk together in Spanish about me when i still standing there. They make me feel like i am a fraud. Poor staff. Poor services.

This place was great. They had ample help available to handle the customer demand for fast service. The inside of the store was clean and well organized. The current marketing deal,sales & savings were well displayed throughout the store to maximize shopping experience. The reps make recommendations that are helpful.
