I came in to check if I needed a new battery because my car made a weird noise when I started it today. Aaron was very nice and efficient he tested the battery and help me chose a new one and even replaced it for me. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes I'm very thankful because my car could've died died road today and I would've been stuck somewhere

They gave me wrong parts and when I brought them back I got rude customer service and an attitude. Wont be coming back anytime soon. And even after i posted this they lost another star for an automated response. They don't care about their customer service. I would NOT recommend this place you are much better off going down the street to the other places. Save your time and money...

Experience was HORRIBLE. Lady Donna was extremely rude and nasty first thing in the morning. The stores hours on the website, door and a paper sign had 3 different times posted. I question her about it and she said read the sign and slammed the door. Employees should know about complete customer services even if there day hasnt started yet. Poor representation of this company. Will be switching auto part stores.

The female manger was rude I went there to to charge my dead battery that was brought at another location She asked alot of questions reguarding the car the battery came out of sayin the may be the reason why my battery was dead I refused to answer more then 3 questions THE CAR had nothing to do with the battery or the warranty after testing battery she started that it would take 24hrs on a slow charge once I told her I never heard of this procedure and asked for a manger she laughed and said she was the manger I ASKED FOR MY BATTERY BACK TOOK IT TO ANOTHER ADVANCED AUTO which stated a slow charge only take 12 hrs but they was able to charge in 2 hours IDONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE MANAGEMENT LIE AND IS RUDE

Stopped in for oil and a filter, signs for sale oil + filter didn't match names of the filters. The clerk at the counter confirmed I got the right filter. Staff had nice positive attitude. The room to make the experience a little better is accurate signs. It would also be nice if they had guides to pick the right filters, but most places now don't do that anymore and just expect people to use their phones. Thanks for the military discount!

I think this one is the best Advance in the area. They're military friendly, and bilingual. All employees have friendly and professional. They had to replace a wrong part I bought and no issues. They helped me to find the right accessories and showed me different prices. They perfectly installed a battery and wipers blades for free. 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called this location and spoke with a Gentleman named Tay, for a part that I needed for my vehicle . Tay very nicely asked me to hold so he could go and check the aisle to get the price for me, he quoted me the prices for the item and also Explained in detail (upon me asking the difference in pricing) the difference. I really appreciated his Great Customer service and him going Above and Beyond to assist me. Before ending the call I asked for his name, which he replied Tay, and he did mention this is not his home store, he's just working here today, but I sure he's this Kind wherever he goes, I was Very Satisfied with his service...

Be careful shopping here I don't bother at all I came in to get a battery I bought from them 6 months ago recharge lady told me it was a bad battery mind you this the second one they sold me and told me this after a few months she told me it was a bad battery she couldn't charge it but she sell me a new one I didn't need trying to make $300 so I took my business to Napa FYI if the battery was Bad this light would be Red somebody was lying..😡

Just left the store at about 3:35 pm March 30th 2025. Came in to buy leak stop for power steering fluid. Found some on the shelf excited that it was on sale buy one get one half off. It was sitting in the spot that said $10.99 I grabbed it up went up to the counter they couldn't find my name number one in the system took several minutes and several attempts but they finally found it they were very friendly and very helpful from the manager to the clerk of the counter. The problem they had not properly pull the tags from the sale that end on the 26th that's right you heard me the 26th I came in 4 days later on the 30th. The manager was "not able to get the computer to work to honor the price". Mind you he kept ringing it up for $14.99 even after several times I told him the price on the shelf said 10.99 Buy buy one get one half . He just kept scanning the bottle and saying it's ringing up and putting in the 50 cent deduction and saying the system wouldn't let it him do it. Which we all know is BS because he was the manager and they have all kinds of ways of manually ringing giving back credits and overrides for things that are their error. He just didn't feel like doing it. He saw a woman with a scarf on their head and thought she was stupid. Little did he know I've worked on my cars since I was a young girl (and driven tractor trailers cross country worked as a lineman for the phone company) and everything else. I know my way around an auto parts store and what they can and can't do.I'm far from an airhead female. So I did not put up a fuss when he asked me did I want to purchase just one I told him no thank you and to have a good day. I immediately drove over to AutoZone and purchased what I needed. I do NOT accept poor service in any regard and I definitely refuse to spend my money where I'm not respected. **Reply to owners response:** unfortunately having grown up in this area and returned as an adult I am very familiar with this LaSalle avenue location. Because of previous issues response at this point I choose to completely bypass the store. This is not my first review. Judging by the generic responses on my as well as other reviews nothing will ever be done to correct the poor service here. Thank you for your prompt response, good day. I choose to go elsewhere as I recommend other people to do.
