I purchased a car battery here and the young gentleman kindly replaced it for me. My battery was highly corroded and it took A WHOLE LOT of elbow grease and some CSR to get the terminals loose. Not once did he complain or show any lack of enthusiasm. Oh, did I mention it was 14 degrees out. Please give him a raise! I will definitely come back here, wonderful service!

Oh and in there with part that was on warranty, they traded me like a pain customer, warranted the part, and got me on my way. the person that was taking care of me was still kind of in training, so she might have been a bit slow but did a good job, and the other employees were not hesitant to come and help her.

Toni was absolutely a Rockstar-- she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed-- and then she was so concerned whether I was okay and safe that she came out into the heat repeatedly and checked on me. Geoffrey was also beyond amazing, and braved dangerous heat to assist me with a battery install. Highly recommend this location and staff.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I talked to the man 7 minutes before they closed. He assured me he had what I needed. I told him I would be 3 minutes max. He told me to "come on" . I arrive 2 minutes before they close just to be informed did they already counted the registers I guess a man's word is worthless these days!

Was told 3 different things by 3 different people today... The first young man I talk to tells me that I can buy a new battery here but unfortunately they can't help install them anymore for liability reasons. The lady who checks me out then tells me that actually they do still install them but it's now after 5pm so their morning shift is leaving and they dont have enough people manning the store to do it anymore (I was there before 5 and this was not told to me then...). Instead she gives me a pack of terminal protectors and says that these will be included in the refund when I return my old battery. I think, that's nice! I appreciate the effort. Come back with my old battery after replacing it on my own (not easy) and get told by the new desk worker that the terminal protectors are not included and he can only refund me for the battery itself. The workers were all nice, but clearly on different pages and it was a very frustrating experience.

Needed fuses and the guys helped me out. I need to go back, may be the wrong thing. Not their fault, my son asked for the wrong thing and it may not be from Advance. Right outside the bus stop, convenient when car is out of commission. My son bought them and asked me to exchange them. I am sure they will be helpful. I don't know what I am looking for today. Lol

I arrived at the store exactly at 7:30 which is when this store is supposed to open. I found the doors locked and no employees to be seen. At 7:38 a car pulls into the lot, but no one gets out, and it just idles in a parking spot for another 10 minutes or so. Then look and behold an actual employee gets out of the car and goes into the store...guess he needed a before work cig or two. Another employee shows up and goes in then employee #1 locks the door.This continues until after 8 when I have to call them (for the second tine) in order to talk to get their attention. Apparently the computer system is down and they can't take payment. By now there are other customers waiting around also, too. The fact that they just ignore people like they can't see them is just ridiculous. Won't be going back.

First of all, I don't like writing these things or leaving businesses in a bad light, but this is the third time that this has happened to me, I arrive 15 minutes before they close and I find the door is closed, and they say that it is already closed and that they can't help you when really what I needed didn't take more than three minutes. Maybe one day the manager or the person in charge of that store can read this message and take action on the matter, because it is not fair that they close before the time they have set or have in the system.

Everytime I go in this location the staff is so helpful I was on my way home from work tonight and had to undo my front brakes on my mountain bike didn't have anytools and had to ask for an Allen wrench and they let me use one to put my brakes back together after I got out of my Uber I traveled til I saw the advanced auto and thought they have always been helpful so I went in and ask and like always they were very helpful and saved me from having to ride down the ave with no brakes very scary trip if you ask me thanks again guys I really appreciated it..
