Oh impressed lazy staff people standing around not trying to help nobody I get the same at AutoZone O'Reilly's is a far better store you guys need to quit standing around while there's a line in front of you and not do your job and nobody wants to stand here for 2 hours why you guys be bullshittin with a pretty girls get it together guys or I won't be doing no more business there check your computers I spend a lot of money there every year

I stopped by to get my battery tested after I had to push start my truck. Keldon came out and tested my battery, but it showed to be in good working condition. After looking around Keldon noticed my positive terminal was loose and too large for my cable. We replaced it right there in the parking lot and I've been trouble free ever since. Keldon went above and beyond to satisfy the customer! One more note, this all happened just as the store was about to close. Great job!

Went to have Check Engine Light Diagnosed and they were so helpful. Checked for free & gave me the code to take to my mechanic. Luckily its a small leak with evaporative emission control systems. Anything from gas cap not on tight enough to.... a tiny leak in a hose somewhere. Knowing what is possibly wrong makes me feel better about driving it now. Was very worried before they helped me. Advanced Auto Parts is the place to go for professional help.

If you go here for your parts or need advice, see Kevin. He’s the most helpful and polite guy. He’s always willing to help me with anything! It’s hard to find nice customer service these days. Some of the other employees did not seem to want to help and we’re addicted to their phones. Kevin was right there and got me the exact part I needed.

I work on cars on the side, this is my go to place. I love the staff and have always had a great experience every time I go in. Which is very often. They are all very helpful and quick to help. Also I love that the guys at the counter do not treat my wife as if she does not know what she is talking about. She has grown up working on cars as she comes from a family of mechanics. And this is one of the only parts stores that does not try to act like she does not know anything and treat her different because she is a woman. We have never had any problems.with advance auto. On one occasion the guy at the counter had just started and wasn't sure what my wife was asking about after 10 minutes she had taught him something. He thanked her and apologized. And as she told him everyone learns something new everyday. And she was glad she could help. Now when she walks in he asks her if she is going to teach him something new today. They are all very friendly and work hard to make sure that each visit is better than the last. They strive to make every experience a great one. I recommend them to everyone that I know.

So my daughter high beam light went out Monday when came in the gentlemen help me . I still continue to have problems he said the store is about to close. He’s got to go inside, so I continued trying to put the lightbulb and its right spot about that time. We realize that her car had died. The guy wanted to play peekaboo though it seemed even though he set the alarm and rush to his car he never once asked me if I needed anything else but today returning back to the store, Billy and Carter were above and beyond helpful. I was planning on.mever going to your store again Thanks to them. I will continue to go there.🤩

Matthew, the store manager was absolutely awesome. He helped me do everything he put on my windshield wipers. He filled my antifreeze. He gave me helpful tips on how to pour the antifreeze. I mean this guy is awesome. Sure appreciate that and this is not the first time that I've been there and not the first time that he's helped me. He's always that way!
