★☆☆☆☆ Had a truck brought in for damage to rear panel, insurance paid to have panel replaced and repainted, but when i checked in on the work saw him just putting lots of bondo over the dent and the crinkle. Told him to stop and called the insurance agent. Russ told me at first panel was discontinued but in the same sentence after arguing with him then said he would make it right and just order a panel. Long story short seemed he was trying to make a quick buck. So the end result was me getting a new used box entirely and having him do the bodywork and paint and put it on, but he made it all about himself even after he screwed up in the beginning he held me up with fighting about every dime with the insurance company. Then when i picked it up, demanded money when he told the insurance company its paid in full. CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST CAUSE WE USED HIM ON OTHER JOBS BUT NEVER AGAIN.
