My daughters had done quite a job on the back seat with milk spills and hidden french fries. Thankfully the crew at Advanced Auto Detail had seen it all before. Setting up drop-off/pick-up times was a breeze and I got my car back same day. When I drove onto the lot, I almost didn't recognize my car, it looked brand new!!! The crew had even restored my black trim which was faded a long time ago. It looked like it must have when it was brand new 11 years ago! The interior was just as impressive, every dark corner was dirt and dust free. The car smelled a bit like the powerful shampoo they had obviously used, but was actually very pleasant to the nose... I will definitely use these guys again. I feel confident enough now to bring my car for trade in at the dealership and get a huge boost to its value because of its appearance If and when when I get the new car, I have already talked to them about window tinting and they are top-notch in this area as well. I would have to vote this operation as the best auto detailing service in Pensacola...hands down. Skilled professionals at a reasonable price.

Advanced Auto detailing has tinted 4 of my vehicles. They have done an amazing job. They are friendly, quick and convenient. Jay and Steve goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with all their work. I unfortunately scuffed the paint on my new car and Jay was able to buff it completely and it looks brand new!!! Thank you from another satisfied customer!!

I like to off road my truck. It's a lot of fun! An unfortunate side effect is that branches scratch the truck when navigating down the tighter trails. My truck was extremely scratched, and I wanted to get out what I can before selling it. Dropped it off with them at 8am and picked it up after work at 4, and WOW. They did an AMAZING job!! They were able to get out 95% of the scratches. It was very reasonably priced too compared to others. I also had my new car tinted here. I bought it used and it already had tint, but I wanted it to be darker. He explained putting tint over tint isn't a good idea and reduces their warranty, so I opted to have them remove the old tint and put fresh tint on. They were able to squeeze me in the same day, which was really great! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Advanced Auto Detail came referred to us and I am so grateful! After a period of repair work where our SUV sat in the sun, our vehicle developed a horrific smell. (Like a cow pasture.) We couldn't do anything to get it out. At 2 years old, you can only imagine how sick I was when this happened. A year later, after the failed attempts, I was directed to Advanced Auto Detail Center. - They have completely removed the smell and restored my SUV! Inside & out. I am beyond relieved and happy. My husband also remarked about how clean their shop is and how professional. I'm not one to impress easily, and they will be the only detailer in my future.

I paid over $400 to get my 2016 Cadillac Escalade detailed. My truck is by no means in perfect condition. I pointed out the paint chipped a bit on the front and my hood and roof is obvious that a previous wax job messed it up intensely. In no way was I expecting them to "fix" that with a detail. And they made sure to tell me my truck looked like it had factory defects because of the rims and hood and roof! It's a 2016! It's not going to be perfect! But I did expect the sand and dust under my steering wheel to be gone and the spots that were left all over my vehicle on the inside to be gone! I detail my truck in my driveway all the time and I know what it means to get drops of sugary drink off the door where my child sits. It was like 4 drops! It was not stained just needed to be scrubbed off. It wasn't. My windshield had smudges all over it. It was absolutely terrible! My back seat was folded down when I dropped it off and still folded down when I got it back. The cracks in my back seat were not detailed at all! Two years ago this was the place to go but obviously not anymore. Not sure if they just got sick of cleaning it or what! But I definitely did not have a good experience! At least they gave me $60 back!

This place tinted all of my windows on my car including my entire front window. I was also told that the tint had a lifetime warranty. Now my front window is be going to peel off less than a year later and the owner wouldn’t cover it because he says it’s illegal but your company did it. This place is a rip off with terrible customer service.

Recently had my 2019 charger scatpack windows tinted here, worth every penny for the work they have done. Highly recommend to all! I was there waiting for my tint for about 2 hours which is very reasonable. Called them and got in same day which was great! They have a life time warranty on there product as well so worth the price. Highly satisfied :)

They did a great job on my interior detail. I had a rough situation with a prior detail company and was nervous going into it but my car was so clean. My 125lb dog sheds his body weight in hair and they got it out! I ran into a small hiccup with the detail job and the issue was fixed immediately! Very professional and great folks to work with.

Wish I could give Negative stars!!!! Detailing was done very poor. They didn't even clean/shampoo the backseats and then broke both sides to my luggage rack and windshield wiper. So, unhappy with the terrible detailing job done on my ride and then charged me $200 and then not even mention the damage that was done. Save your money!!! You're better off with a toddler washing it in the driveway.

Detailing was very poor, caused damage to my vehicle. SO unhappy with the detailing done on my minivan!! They charged me over $300 to detail my van and they damaged the console in 2 places, left drink rings on the front dash, didn't clean/shampoo the back seats. They didn't tell me they charge an EXTRA 4% for using a credit card! REALLY disappointed on the quality of the detail. Only thing they did decent was shampoo front and middle carpet.
