Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time! Sucked up some personal belongings in the vaccuum and instead of apologizing or trying to make it right.. Cursed me and said I could dig threw the trash it I wanted to look for my belongings.. be cautious when using this dishonest company!

So I've not had my car professionally detailed before. Always thought "awww man... I could do that myself. Why spend the money?" - I'm here to tell you that after 2+ years of road trips, upland bird hunting and a dog that would rather ride in the front seat than the kennel, that the "little-XTerra-that-could" was in dire need of some help. I live alone so getting the the vehicle somewhere, combined with my work schedule was a little problematic. Carolee Showed up exactly on time, took my car and had it back awfully darn close to when she estimated it would be done. I can't even tell you how good it looks. It's an 8 year old vehicle with a very well lived life and the way it turned out is absolutely stunning. Will use again, and highly recommend. Thanks guys!

They showed up when expected and delivered the car back in a timely manner but when I noticed they missed most of the stains on the steering wheel and a few others on the dashboard, I called and e-mailed several times. Suddenly no response or accountibility for their work or respect for a (now former) customer who just wanted a suggestion of how to finish the job they missed. Apparently their philosophy is that once they have your money, the relationship is over and they will not assume fault or responsibility for any shoddy work that they missed.

I really liked their service. I didn’t realize at first that they come and take your vehicle for you to their cleaning garage (I thought they would do it at my house). They clearly have a great extractor machine! We have a 2005 Chevy Suburban and five kids...so our car was smelly like sports and just gross from hard use. It now LOOKS AND SMELLS AMAZING! They really paid attention to the books and crannies. I also found the ladies to be enthusiastic about their work and polite. Thank you!

This is one of the best local companies I have ever worked with! Their professional approach, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor comforted my skeptic thoughts of "what if". My 2007 Dodge was delivered to me as if it came off the showroom floor. They also have a 30 year experienced mechanic onsite that completed requested repairs. This is a "Must go to" experience!!!

Extremely pleased with the interior detail for one of our company trucks. Jay and Carolee were great to work with - communication was easy with quick response times, very detailed and thorough with the interior cleaning, and I loved that they picked up the vehicle right from our office. I have an older vehicle that was "lived in" by its previous owner with years of build up. The car detail came out better than I thought possible and the upholstery is now spotless!! Amazing experience from start to finish, I work at the Meridian hospital and a coworker had referred me! I called they were able to get me in the next day came to pick up and drop off the car while I was working making it so much easier.
