Very dishonest, sit around and waste time to build up hours and dosent complete the job but still charge the same money..They even double charge the card and refuse to return the money..I will never use this service.Worst experience EVER!!

From the time you call them to the time you meet these people they are all upfront and honest about what they are doing they work so hard on getting my trailer repaired after I had my axle hub go out and catch fire they had everything fixed and replaced in a day and a half I would recommend this shop to anybody who wants honest dependable people to do work on there equipment thank you advanced maintenance for the hard work you do and getting me out on a timely manner

Avoid as much as possible. Was quote 4 hours and billed 8 hours. The job wasn't done at all as promised. They call the police when I dispute the charges. Very is dishonest company. Dont let kenworth of Macon Georgia recommends this

This is not the first time or location that they offer horrible service. They try to overcharge for any sort of labor. Last time i used this company they wanted to charge 500$ for a road call without even getting to the truck. Evn though their office says 5-6 miles from the location they dont charge from there they charge from where ever the mechanic finishes their last call which is ridiculous. You ask to speak to a manager and they decline. the people answering the phone are extremely ignorant and do no help what so ever.

We drive a diesel pusher motor coach and while traveling, on a Friday early afternoon, we experienced a loss of power steering, overheating engine and transmission. We limped into a large parking lot. We were given a reference to Advance Maintenance for mobile service. Adam arrived a lot quicker then estimated, diagnosed and repaired the issue and got us on back on the road. The technician, Adam, was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and really helped alleviate the stress we were experiencing. We are grateful they took the job, and did it so well! As long as I'm in the Southeast, I can call Ryan (Manager), and he will put me in contact with the nearest shop. Upon arrival, that shop will already have the diagnosis and is ready to work on my truck immediately. Ofcourse I prefer getting my truck worked on in Macon, with them, but they help no matter where you are, understanding this transportation job is all about time! If you have an International 2016 model or newer do not come here. They dont even like international trucks. Not really their fault, international dealership is the only place they say that has ability to communicate with the computers. I wasted company and my time and money.
