Changed my starter here and they messed up the wires. I had to go back in and pay another 100 for them to fix as damage that they did to my car. Not affordable at all.

Came in for smaog diagnosis on my 96 doed mustang. Paid 130.00 he said he did a test and took something apart to see a hole in my Cadillac converter gave me an estimate also .I took it to muffler shop in Vacaville they did a test was no joke in my Cadillac converter.took it in and past smog also they had no smog Technion and still did a smog diagnosis on my car they don't know what they are doing there don't bring your vehicle here

Not only will they take forever, and not fully fix your issue, but they will be condescending about it as well. When I inquired about a specific part, Frank began his reply with, "Judging by the size of your hair.." and then proceeded to assume I wouldn't understand any explanation he might give about the part. I gave this guy over a grand and then had to get my leak fixed the right way somewhere else. Worst shop I've ever been to.

Shop owner gave us an extremely reasonable price and we were back on the road in within hours! Office staff was very polite and friendly. If this was my home town this crew would be my go to guys. I’ve taken my dads car here and my car here since 2014. All those times I’ve had a very good experience. My dad had to get stuff repaired and they got it done. Today I took my wheel and tire just so I can get it swapped. I didn’t notice the time (5:08pm) but they closed at 5pm I told them I need to get it swapped because I need to take my car for work tomorrow. Every staff member there and even there customers were very kind. Not only was the service fast and friendly but the work was done excellent. Thank again to owner and the staff.

I wish I could give them - stars.The worst auto experience of my life. They claimed to be a full service repair shop and could fully repair any engine related problem with my RV. Beyond false. I told them I needed to get my RV smog checked before my renewal expired in 2 weeks as well as some basic mechanical issues. They did not call me for a week after I dropped it off. When I called back they told me their smog technician had been on vacation for two weeks, which they somehow failed to mention before, but he would do it today. No call back for two days. I checked back in. Still hadn't gotten to it but they would this weekend. I stressed the importance of it being resolved before the expiration date and they said they would have it done on time. Again no call back. I then called back Tuesday for the THIRD time and they promised he would look at it today. Finally called me the day after my registration expired to tell me that it did not pass smog and there was nothing they can do. They did not diagnose the issue, just said I needed to take it somewhere else. However now it can't be driven legally so it would have to be towed. On top of that somehow they managed to kill the new batteries in the engine that started fine when I took it in and informed me that it would no longer start. A completely new issue. Oh yeah, and they said they can't fix that either. So they kept my vehicle for nearly a month, fixed literally nothing and actually left it in worse shape than I brought it in. Terrific. Unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Frank and the Boss (The Wife) always take care of my automotive needs. They have worked on my trucks, vans, boom lifts, forklifts and tractors. Anytime I need an oil change its in and out and service with a smile. I have used Affordable Auto for many years on all my vehicle issues from transmission to full scale engine rebuilds. I also love to get my propane here and saves me lots of time not waiting at the gas station who never has an attendant available for filling. Smog checks are also done quick and they digitally transmit so its less headache when I go to DMV.

Check engine light was on for awhile, I also needed to get an alignment done. Flat rate for the alignment and Frank found a vacuum leak that was a quick, easy and (what I liked most) inexpensive fix! My truck hasn't idled this smooth in years! I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I’m extremely grateful for Frank and the team at Affordable Auto Care. I work on my own cars so I only show up when I can’t figure out a repair. Frank has a very calm and kind demeanor and always gets the problem fixed and quick. Even though the problem is a very unconventional one. It probably helps that he was an automotive professor. Frank is the MAN! It was a happy coincidence that I ended up bringing my car into Frank’s shop for a small repair and ever since then he and his crew have been my go-to folks for all things mechanical on my Subaru! Absolute terrible experience with this auto shop. They charged $2,000 for a repair they claimed would fix my son's vehicle after a diagnostic exam, but a few days later, the car broke down again. When we brought it back after the engine stopped working, they said it would cost another $2,000–$3,000 for a completely different issue. It feels like they overcharge, don’t actually fix the problem and don't know what they're doing. I wouldn’t trust them with any vehicle. No Stars. Plenty of auto shop options, do not go here.
