The quality of the wash is incredibly inconsistent. Today I brought our Odyssey for a cleaning and when we got back home, I noticed under the center row of seats was not vaccumed, the center row cup holders were not washed out and there was still a lot of trash around. I understand that our car was a mess with a family of 5 using it daily but when you purchase the most expensive wash and provide an excessive tip, I think it is fair to expect better service.

Something in there damaged my truck hood and side panel, Its a brand new 4runner and was flawless before that. I'm going there today to talk to them. If you care about your trucks or nice cars especially custom offset wheels DO NOT GO HERE... Go to a touch less then then touch it up yourself when home. I'm sure there going to tell me there not responsible.. if that's the case we will just spread the word.

Do not have them spray in the car. I now have a stain on my seat. I also have a spot under my driver mat. It actually ate away the floor and is white now. Looks like bleach. I payed cash no receipt. I'm not happy will not go back

Slipping, definitely slipping. Went for a royal wash $24. Watched the car in front of mine go through with a regular wash $14 and then my car. Did not see any difference in the wash. Got to the front paid for wash and an additional $3 for tires and watched the $14 regular wash no tires get “her” rims wiped clean. My car $3 extra for tires no attention to rims. Cleaned the rims myself and then noticed side mirrors still wet. Had to do them myself. Performing that much work myself it’s gonna be worth the savings when Personal Touch opens on Warwick Avenue. You might think they would step up there game with 2 new car washes opening in a 2 mile radius. Slipping Slipping Slipping.

They do a goothis place doseca woderful job and the staff are very friendly. It worth the price because they do everything from start to finish. Which is a great welcomevto those how are buzzy or need their csr do in time for someone or soeething like uberi or company or like a plsn person like me who enjoy a clean and wonderful looking car. d job.

If you want your car washed quickly and effectively this is the place to go. For $22 they will vacuum, wash and basically detail your car without you having to do any of it. Well worth the price and they are super fast

Airport Car Wash ALWAYS seems to have a line of cars, and now I know why. The guys here do an outstanding job!!! I got the works done to my car, inside and out. Dash and tires came out super shiny, interior was vacuumed perfectly. Staff is super friendly. Woman that works the counter is personable and friendly. Job well done guys!! I love this place. The employees are so friendly and polite. I get the Royal Wash Plus for $25 which is an exterior wash, tire shine, inside windows, wipe off dashboard, and vacuum. If you go when they're slow you'll get a more detailed clean. If they're busy they won't be able to take as much time. I definitely recommend it!

Wastage of money! I got the expensive car wash option. They didn’t even clean/wipe the dashboard and I have to ask them to wipe the doors. After groping into the car i see the middle console and the dashboard wasn’t even wiped. Workers were too quick to get over with the car and start the next one. Really disappointed.

I have been coming to Airport Car Wash for over 20 years and always receive great exceptional service. I now drive 34 miles to come here. My vehicle is vacuumed, presoaped, (including the tires and wheels) and scrubbed before going through the waah process. When it comes out it is hand toweled dried, and the interior windows are cleaned too. Now that's exceptional customer service!

Horrible job. Paid 30 plus a 5 dollar tip. Honestly the car looks the same as before I went here to get it cleaned. Would not recommend. Can Rona better job myself. They did not even vacuum it correctly

It was a decent car wash. It isn't perfect but if you want it perfect then I'll pay $130 to the dealer to detail it or wait for August when they give it to me for free. Down the street, it's $26 which is the equivalent to your $30 at Flash but it's not hands-on like you guys. This service reminds me of the VICS car wash in Fall River, MA. The service is super fast to maximize how many customers get put through. I guess the test will be to bring my much dirtier fiancee's car and see what the outcome is. I spent $30 on wash, 2 for $3 on the trees and $2 tip.
