This is the second time I have used this service and both were when I was in a jam. The service people were great. Everything was explained, logged and pictures were supplied. Complete inspection was done, plus the repair and also an oil change. I was given a spot same day and offered a loaner vehicle. They called a few times to tell me where we were at and text me a itemized list of fixes and what I need to watch for in the future. They finished the car in a timely manner and offered a late pick up. They have earned my trust and my business forward.

I brought my vehicle to Al Huss for an oil change a few months ago and it was a great experience. The environment was comfortable and the staff was extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. Not only did they change my oil, but also performed a bumper-to-bumper inspection and let me know what other concerns they had. On top of it all, the price was $10 less than I was used to paying at other places. I highly recommend Al and will continue using them in the future. 5 stars from this guy.....great job!

Honestly very impressed with this shop. They’re very quick (multiple repairs have been done AHEAD of schedule which is rare with any shop) and I appreciate that they let you know what’s beginning to fail down the road even if it’s not something that needs to be done right away. They’re very professional and very good at not giving a pricepoint if they truly won’t know til they’ve had a chance to look at it. Prices are reasonable and it’s worth the inspection cost — they have an online tool that shows you the areas of inspection with photos & differing grades of immediacy on those repairs which is the first time I’ve seen that in the GB area (i’ve been to many, many shops here with various vehicles— some modded some not) and this is one of three shops I trust and the fastest of those three. Definitely recommend.

This is the only place in Green Bay I've taken my car since moving to the area this summer. The technician I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Being someone with barely basic knowledge about cars, I was delighted to have their sales team explain things in terms I could understand. Even though they were more expensive than I expected the service was incredible. There weren't any free treats like other shops provide but honestly I'd rather have good service which AL Huss provides. I recommend this place if you have issues with your car that need to be diagnosed or even preventative maintenance. I went there expecting an oil change and maybe brakes. Come to find, I had parts literally snapped in the wheel well and a variety of other issues they were able to fix same-day. I love their expertise and how they had enough parts for like 6 major repairs for my car on hand. The process was simple and all of my problems were solved the same day I dropped the car off. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for an honest mechanic without over inflated prices, this is the place for you.
