Took my van here and I was very disappointed with the way my car looked after I paid $45 to wash my car. I actually have a $20 a month pass at super duper wash but I have to hand dry and clean my car myself but I was really tured and decided to just take my car here and pay for them to wash it and works. My car carpet was still very dirty they left my car sitting there for awhile too before they came to "dry" it it was dried already sitting there so long. I asked would they clean my cup holders too when I handed the man my keys he's said yes they clean all of it I was like OK good because my car was dirty but they didn't. I was the o ly women there too and the rest of the customers were men and cars that was there before me I left before them I had a feeling my car wasn't going to be clean as I expected because how fast he called me when he did get to my car. After I left I was upset I pulled into a parking lot and started cleaning my car still what they didn't do and took pictures of my car before. I called the car wash and told the manager how my car is when I left he said bring it back and they will vacuum again and I told him no it should have been done right the first time and I'm not going back again. He said OK have a nice day.

Don't recommend this place, they seemed impatient. Inside wasn't thoroughly wiped, not sure if they used old towels because windows had lots of lint. Also, found scratches. Here is one of them. Disappointed.

They always put Tesla or Asian owned car, later than other cars. This morning, I saw literally more than 10 cars being put ahead of my car. I confronted but even after that they cleaned the cars arrived later than mine. Guys please get away from this place or watch your car before you get to the waiting area.

I've been coming here since I was a kid with my dad, been my favorite place to come get my cars washed when I'm to lazy to do it myself. They take their time and really do hand dry and clean your car. I get the gold wash, don't forget to have them punch your card for a free wash! Here's a tip: Don't go on weekends, it's busy and do go early in the day!

I have to be completely honest with this review. I have been here multiple times trying to give them the benefit of a good review. But they always fail. They do a terrible job washing my vehicles . Trucks and cars. They washed my truck by hand and scratched the whole side of the truck with swirl scratches . My guess was using dirty rags. Another time, they cracked my rear tail light and denied it. They said they revised their cameras and didn't see how it happened. Another time, I paid for armor all the trim, and when they said it was done, no trim was detailed. Honestly, stay away from this car wash and save your paint on your car. Even with those deals they have with stamping every car wash, they're give you a free wash after 10 is not north the damage they will do to your vehicles paint.

1st time went for car wash. Took the gold package. Looks like they are in a hurry to finish every car wash within 6mins which left some car body of my car uncleaned or untouched. I had to clean those after I came back home.

My first and last day at this place. The cleaning was very quick; the windshield was dirty, the dashboard wasn't cleaned, and the exterior was dirty in some places!

Couple of weeks ago I did have my SUV hand washed and they charged me around $38 They did acceptable job,Couple spots not cleaned enough like the wheels and interior, I did went back today for the same service and they try to charge me $56 I did asked why the price went up and the answer was because it's an SUVđ€, Same SUV that they watched couple of weeks ago and I paid $38 Not a good business practice đ

BE WARNED!!!!! my car came back with my windshield cracked over a foot long no explanation .. no consideration NOTHING the car wasnât even clean I still have plenty spots on my hood and windshield. Of course they arenât liable for anything but i was quoted 2310 for a new windshield !!

IM GIVING YOU MY HONEST OPINION, They do a half job, I asked if they could please just throw all the food away that was in my car and she said okay sounds good, came back to my car their was still food in my car and then my cupholders have water in them, this is not okay.

Since when hand wash is outside wash only? I paid for $40 something and they didnât even touch interior of my car. Outside is not considered good either. Never go there again. With this money Iâd rather go to express to wash 5 times. Must be more clean

First time here, I used their gold full services. It was good but not great. After washing the car, there were some spots they did not clean it right. I have clean it again afterward. When you go there, you just tell them which services you want like Gold, Silver, Bronze, Basic, Gold express..etc. They will automatically take your key and you can go and wait in the front for your car. Probably 30~40 mins depending on how many people are there. They use a half machine and half hand washes.

I paid 60 to 70 dollars for a car wash that includes seat washing , floor mat cleaning, tire shine , wax and detail wiping interior but i still see my dogs hair, dust, still smells like damp wet clothes. Hell no i aint going back here again and if you Want a good detail go somewhere else, i did the cheaper option before they did alright for 45 bucks. âAlrightâ i donât recommend this place. And fyi do a 360 inspection before you leave. You might have dings and scratches you didnt know.

My new favorite car wash place! â Services are good and nice, the price and packages are listed very detail in their website. They give the stamp card for customer to get a free full gold wash after 10 washes. â Stores are cleans and having tables and chairs for customer sit to watch and wait when the car is on the machine wash. They also have few birdcages with different kind of birds and parrots that are been taking good cared from the staffs. â Outside seats are good for waiting the car, plenty of seats and sheds are available, thereâs also one TV is always turning on inside and outside for customer to watch. â Restroom are also available and the cleanliness are very decent.

An amazing place to get a professional car wash. The prices are ok. And the wait is short to medium in length, about 25 on an easy day to 45 on a crowded day. They also have a great waiting area. With jewelry repair, hair dresser, birds, and two arcade machines.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE! It was quick so thatâs good. Now for $40 (not including tip)choose gold service and canât even get the inside, my rims and windows cleaned properly!! On top of that got a broken piece from my cup holder just left for me to find instead of telling me about it. If anyone knows of a decent car wash let me know ! Never again. Update. Just got home checked it all the way and my rims are full of oil!!!! Zero stars!!! What the hell! Cleaned the oil off and one doesnât come off and the managers only thing to say itâs they donât put anything else other than tire shine once its on it wonât come off! Like sir I am not gonna check every corner of my car after you washed it and itâs supposed to be clean! I should have read all the reviews about this place!
