So I always wash my car here at this place and the only main reason why because of the free vaccum but anyways when I finish washing my car and I pull up to the vaccum and the worker pull out the holes and said I can't vaccum I have to go somewhere else to vaccum. He was very unprofessional and very rude to loyal customer like me. I am very disappointed in how people treat other people like we are not human.

Don't expect any location to actually clean your car, at best it will blast off the surface dirt. Most bays are usually broken, from what I can tell, lack of maintenance and just patching it. Only plus is it doesn't scratch your car like the ones with brushes did to mine

Bought the 22 dollar wash package didn’t even finish, my car was covered in foam and the dry blower came on. Tried to call the maintenance no pickup this is around 9:10pm

Got my car wash done from them and they weren't able to get the bug guts off my windshield. Giving 2 stars because I filed a dispute and they agreed to refund the money. I believe this was because I went late at night and they don't have the hand held squeegee that you can do your windows with.

My vehicle hasn't gotten a complete wash the last 2 times I went. The last time I figured it was a fluke since it hadn't happened before, but then today same thing. I'm frustrated cuz it's not cheap.

This is probably one of the worst laser wash locations (none of them are good, we are just stuck with them in the winter). They claim that whatever system they have in place can not and will not double charge. However, I have been double charged multiple times. I emailed them over a week and a half ago and have not received any response. I realize the image below doesn't show a transaction date or the transaction numbers. But if Alaskan Laser Wash wants that information, they can respond to my email. I would just go to any other carwash in town if you can avoid it. I'm tired of the customer service mentality of "you're in Alaska and you're stuck with whatever we give you".

Went through two times on the "best they had" at $25 each and it didn't even come clean. I had to use a brush on it the second time. If I wanted to do it by hand I would have went to a do it yourself one. The water stayed on my truck even at 65 MPH. Will never go back.

Couldn’t get a wash. 3 bays open, card reader wouldn’t work. Tried 4 different cards. Update your card readers, I can’t believe these don’t work with tap payment. You make enough money, update your equipment. Don’t make me work to spend my money. Edit.. thanks for the response, if it’s truly tap to pay there is no indication of that anywhere. I tried pulling the card out and also leaving the card in when that didn’t work. Nothing. Thanks

After scrubbing my car with the provided brush and cleaner(?) I paid for the full service wash 25.00. Considering the car wash was incredibly busy and not seeing an attendant I went home after the wash. After my car dried it looked almost as bad as it did going in. Truly disappointing!

Paid for the highest quality carwash with all the bells and whistles, got a car that is only slightly less dirty than before. Nowhere close to actually being clean (check out the attached picture).

Updated review. I've been using the wash for years. A few weeks ago one of their wash bays doors didn't open upon exit and broke my fog lights. I filled out all the paperwork along with photos and have yet to receive a call. Not to happy. There door malfunctioned. My vehicle was the appropriate height.

Worst wash ever. Got top wash at $22. Rear window and sides of vehicle still very dirty. Terrible job. A rip off..... only the hood got clean. Rest was no different. Very disappointing......

This location and the one on old seward are the best ones. I can see a good amount of soap and water being sprayed throughout. Touchless car washes are not going to clean 100% if you do not prep it before but it is a good start or maintenance for the price. I got to try the monthly subscription for 50% off and really liked it. I discontinued solely due to cost but really liked the opportunity of unlimited washes in several locations.

Went thru this morning around 10am. I vacuumed the inside while I waited for the truck to full dry. The truck looked the same as before going in, so l asked the attendant about going thru another time. He asked what bay I went in first & put me in another stating 3 was having spray issues. Photos posted are after going in twice. The attendant was nice, but the wash itself is trash & the vacuum nozzle fell off repeatedly. Waste of time & money.

There are many Alaska Laser Wash in Anchorage. I visit this one when I get a wash just because it is on the E 5th the main highway. Typically I am a cheapskate and get basic wash and that is good enough to stay clean in my opinion. You have to STEP IT UP to next level from there if you are really dirty and want the wash to be worth it. Otherwise you will be upset with the results with really dirty car! Five stars for convenience and you cannot go wrong with a free vacuums to clean up your ride inside! Wow! At times I have gone just for the free vacuums! Thank you Alaska Laser Wash for serving your customers this way!

I went to this car wash on December 3rd at 5:30am to get a wash. I had to purchase the wash twice because the first time it said the wash is busy please wait. Well it said the same thing again the second time. I tried to call and email with no response. I would like my $24 dollars back. Thanks.
