TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I stopped by this place on a Friday was told to bring my car in Monday. When I arrived Monday the owner of the shop told me that I would need a diagnostic because my car engine may be bad. I said OK but can you please not wish the worst on my car it could just be that I need a tune up. He then told me that He's the professional and I don't know anything and I was asking too many questions and to get out of shop because he can't work with me. I've never experienced such rudeness from someone for no apparent reason maybe he was having a bad day but this type of treatment to a customer is unnecessary and unacceptable!!

I got a quote from another reputable mechanic and his price was very high. I got another quote from another mechanic and his price was even higher than the first. I decided to get one more quote for my suspension repair and I called Alex at Alex Auto care Services LLC. I spoke with Nester and he was very straightforward and explained the exact price for parts and labor for my situation. He gave me a price that was very reasonable and beat the competition by hundreds of dollars. He performed the work and sent me pictures of the extra problems he encountered.
