absolutely amazing experience—I got my window smashed and took my car here the same day. The window change was done in 45 minutes, I just waited in a waiting room, and it was the most affordable (by far) out of all the places I called. Best part is they vacuumed my both the passenger and drivers’ sides without even charging for it! 10/10 experience

Don't waste your time for an repair under insurance. After researching and setting up the case with my insurance company, this shady business said they won't take the job because the profit isn't high enough. Take your business elsewhere, unless maybe you're paying out of pocket, Maybe then they can be bothered.

I went to a few other shops first and most of them were just awful. They were rude, pushy, and clearly trying to overcharge. One even told me the chipped side window could be patched, took my payment, then said it needed full replacement and wanted to treat the charge like a deposit. This shop was the complete opposite. I spoke to David on the phone and he was direct, helpful, and ordered the glass right away for next-day delivery. He gave me a fair price, worked with my insurance, and just got it done. I ended up needing both the front passenger window and the windshield replaced. I brought the car in, they took care of everything quickly, and I had it back in about an hour. It was such a relief after dealing with all the other places. Highly recommend.

These guys are a game changer in the auto glass industry. I went there for the glass on the right-side slide-door. I called a bunch of different glass companies and they sound unprofessional and then I call them. These guys told me to come in cause they had the glass that I needed. it took 30 minutes for them to put in the glass and the price was very reasonable. My vehicle is a 2020 Ford Transit 350.

I had an amazing experience using Alex Glass Repair. I called him early Sunday morning inquiring about my car and also gave him all the details, he was extremely helpful and provided me with amazing customer service. I Today, Monday, President's Day, I went to Alex Auto Glass for an estimate to change the front glass of my Nissan Altima. No one recommended them to me. I only googled and saw their business near where I live and was guided by the comments they have in their review and all their comments are positive. Shoutout to Alex Auto Glass in Maspeth, Queens! I accidentally shattered my Jeep’s rear window in a parking garage, with a chunk of concrete sticking out. Found Alex Auto Glass, gave them a call, and David told me to come right over. They got me in and out in about 45 minutes with a brand new window. This is my 2nd time going to Alex's Auto Glass shop and both times I was completed satisfied with the work that was done. Each visit entailed the replacement of my passenger side windows and the replacements were quick, professionally done and they did their best to make me as comfortable as possible while I waited. I don't like the fact that I have to have my windows replaced but I would certainly go back there should I need any work done. I do recommend this shop.
