It's my first time here to do maintenance for my car and I feel very good. The second time left me feeling a bit puzzled. I had an appointment at 9:00 and arrived there early. A staff member told me that I needed to wait. I agree. Later, he asked me if I wanted to wash the car, and I agreed. About half an hour later, the staff asked me to go to the bar to sign, and I followed suit. Then I drove away. Later, I came across a message that the Toyota dealership had asked me to make an appointment for 4:00. I never knew there was such an appointment, and by the time I saw it, it was almost 5 o'clock. I received another message to cancel the appointment. I'm not sure if my car has been serviced yet. 4: What's going on with the appointment for 00? It's strange

Service was very quickly done. However, I was not notified my car was ready and I sat an additional 25 - 30 minutes in the waiting area without being told that I could take my car and go. They offer a car wash for an additional 30 minute wait time, but they did a bunch of things in 10 minutes. The car wash is just a quick wet and wipe. No cleaner when done than it was when I brought it in. I would not write home about service.

This time I had great service. On my last visit I was dissatisfied because the technician did not perform the usual 20 point checklist. They did not even checked the tire pressure on the tires!!! This time Ryan did an excellent job. He kept me appraised of what needed to be changed/fixed on my vehicle. The service was quick and price was very reasonable.

We were on a road trip in our Camry hybrid and stopped in Yuma Az late on a Friday afternoon thinking something might be wrong with the vehicle but not being sure. The service writer at the dealership took care of us right away and had the vehicle diagnosed. Turned out a hose had come complete off within what was supposed to be a sealed system. Our compression was terrible. We were at that dealership no more than a grand total of 45 minutes and then back on the road again. The vehicle performed so much better. Our minds were set at ease we weren’t going to be broken down in the middle of the Arizona desert heading to Phoenix. We cannot thank this dealership and service writer enough for everything that they did so quickly to get us back on our journey. David Smith was exquisite and the staff were all so helpful and courteous. Highly recommend Alexander Toyota!!!

Took my car for service and new tires. I waited for my car there. Normally we get the same person every time. This time we had someone different, he was nice and my car got what it needed done. My only complaint is that he didn't go over anything with me, they sent me a video about how dirty the filters were but nobody came to ask if I wanted them replaced. And he didn't go over the warranty on the new tires. All he did when the car was ready was say it's all set and gave me a thumbs up.

We are Canadians visiting for 2 months and could quickly book for an oil change at a reasonable price. They found out that the rear brakes were very worn and were able to get them done the same day. All staff was great. Robert was friendly and helpful. The videos he sent of the underside of the SUV was helpful. We appreciated the shuttle service and complementary car wash. Would definitely recommend going there.
